The deep thinker theorize that there are possible 10 dimensions but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch) If they are able to crack the mystery of the "god particle" we could access the other dimensions and create something out of nothing. If the god particle does not exist here, it must some other place. Like Heaven, maybe!?!
I love a good brain teaser, don't you?

Yeah, we can't deliver you a Massive truck of fail I'm afraid, Skyekeeper has wiped out our inventory for the rest of the summer.
Sorry.
So much fun to be had....
Beyond this door lies a world of strange dimensions, Not just of sight sound and touch, but of taste and Smell, Welcome, to the restaurant zone,
but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch)
This. Is. Comedy. Gold.
I love a good brain teaser, don't you?
Based on the astounding ignorance you display above, I would imagine that you encounter a great many "brain teasers" in the course of any given day.
RR appears to be taking time away from deciding what flavor kool-aid to use to show their collective ignorance of physics.
Sight? sound? & touch? Can they really have never heard of length, width and depth?
"I love a good brain teaser, don't you?"
What qualifies as a brainteaser to you fundtards? Figuring out how Nestle's Quik works? Because until you crack that mystery you'll never be able to correctly make your kool-aid.
Sight, sound and touch are the three dimensions this guy can see??
The stoopid is strong with this one.
Sight, sound and touch are dimensions? And we can see sound and touch? Well, you learn something every day!
What use is a brain teaser if you haven't got a brain?
"I love a good brain teaser, don't you?"
It strikes me that getting a wolf, chicken and bag of grain across a river using a boat with room for only one at a time would stump this poor fellow. Is it possible he even spelt 'sky' wrong?
"The deep thinker theorize that there are possible 10 dimensions but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch)"
There's 4-cheese ravioli all over my monitor now, you bastard! I, quite literally, have tears in my eyes over this. Possibly the funniest thing on FSTDT ever!
This gets a 5 just for the pure, untainted stupidity. It's like "essence of fundie".
The three dimensions are height, width, and length, not sight, sound, and touch.
And I don't think that "God particle" means what you think it means...
Goddamnit! Now I have that "if I only had a brain" song going through my head.
god is a Higgs boson? We'll see, we'll see.
"The deep thinker theorize that there are possible 10 dimensions but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch)"
Those are senses, not dimension you twit.
"If they are able to crack the mystery of the "god particle" we could access the other dimensions and create something out of nothing."
I'm a bit behind in my theoretical particle physics reading but I'm pretty sure that's not why they're looking for the Higgs boson.
"If the god particle does not exist here, it must some other place. Like Heaven, maybe!?!"
So, if it doesn't exist it must exist somewhere else.
Gotcha.
"I love a good brain teaser, don't you?"
Yes, but this isn't one of them.
Yeah, I love a good brain teaser too, but that ain't a brain teaser.
Also, what about taste? and smell?
Comically stupid or tragically ignorant? Pick one. At least the other crackheads on that board aren't interested :
"If they want to find God, why don't they just crack a Bible...so much easier."
Actually, didn't CERN's previous experiment detect the final flavour of quark, thereby proving the existence of the dimension of "taste"?
Now they're looking for evidence of the Higgs boshnozz, the so-called God Nose (as in "What the f***'s skyekeeper on about? God Nose!"), which will demonstrate the existence of the final dimension of "smell".
Then at last will physicists be able to unify the two great branches of their science, General Smellability and Fondle Mechanics.
I must be inadequate; the only three dimensions I can see (with one of my five senses) are length (height), width, and depth. But, I may be able to experience a fourth dimension if I have time.
up/down, forward/back, left/right
i'd like to see sight, sound, and touch represented as cartesian planes
and fyi DMT is the god particle, everyone knows that...
> "We would be as gods" Does that phrase seemed familiar"
Yeah, that's Andrew the ultranerd on "Buffy", isn't it?
What'd I win?
(further down)
"Wow! That stuff sure sounds complex! If they want to find God, why don't they just crack a Bible...so much easier.
It reminds me of Wile E. Coyote trying to catch the road runner with his big fancy ACME rocket, when he coulda just got a turkey sandwhich at the local deli."
Too funny. I mean, would the Roadrunner eat turkey?
Uhhh... sight, sound and touch are /senses/ not /dimensions./ Height, length and breadth (or depth if you prefer) are the standard three dimensions (I believe that the standard convention is that the fourth is time, but for simplicity's sake we'll ignore that one)
I'd comment on the actual posting rather than its factual content, but my analysis abilities shut down in self defence after that first statement.
The deep thinker theorize that there are possible 10 dimensions but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch)
This is so wrong. On so many levels.
Actually it's supposed to 11 dimensions.
WHat the hell are you talking about when you say "sight, sound, touch"? And when someone says "god particle" it's not what you think it means.
Only 10? The last I read on string theory, they were up to 21.
I've seen demonstrations of 4D items
If you count time that's 5
And sight, sound, touch are not dimensions, they're senses. No wonder these people can't figure out evolution.
Edit:
I have to add it. I didn't think I'd ever be able to use this one. But get off the internet, because .......

Well, to RR's 'credit', at least there's one semi-educated person there who is trying to correct them, futile how it may be.
A Fundie Brain Teaser:
Q: A man has hung himself, three feet off the ground. There are no chairs, tables, or other items for him to have jumped from in the room. Below him is a puddle of water. What happened?
Fundie Answer: Hmm.......GODDIDIT!!
(and Paschal Wagner, you win a new Sony 17'' plasma screen, for that excellent Buffy deference.)
@LexKitten
"Below him is a puddle of water."
Well, obviously he took a piss. As to how he got himself hanged... Was he good at pull-ups?
Ugghh..
AAAAAHHHHHH!!
THE FAIL, IT BURNZ!!!
<silence>
The part of me knowledgeable in physics died of pain when I read this.
Hey skyekeeper, here's a brain-teaser for you:
If you see a "Help Wanted" sign with absolutely no other information, what do you do?
First of all, senses =/= dimensions.
Second of all, the Higgs Boson ("God Particle") is theorized to be what gives everything mass. It never says we could create anything out of nothing, and if it was only in "Heaven" then everything here would have no mass
"Alice through the Looking Glass" was actually written to describe what a 10-dimensional would be like.
The Warp Drive of Star Trek fame is theoretically possible using 10-dimension matrices and is being investigated by NASA.
The "3-dimensions" BTW are length, width and height, but we also live through a 4th dimension - time.
Sight, Sound and Touch (why not smell?) are NOT dimensions.
The deep thinker theorize that there are possible 10 dimensions but we only see three them. (sight, sound, touch)
fundy: "ME CAN DO SZIENCE 2!!!"
Prof. Stephen Hawking has proved the existence of at least eleven dimensions. He has the equations to prove it. And CERN discovering the Higgs-Boson, already confirming the Standard Model that existed on paper.
I love gaps being filled - mysteries being destroyed - don't you?
"I love a good brain teaser, don't you?"
Yeah, like how in the FUCK do you consider sight, sound and touch to be different dimensions.
It's also kind of scary that you think you can see sound and touch...
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
