Menstrual red was an appropriate color to celebrate international shrewism. So glad I missed the festivities. Call me when there’s an International Men’s 364 Days to proportionately honor the contributions men have made to the advancement of human civilization.

International Men’s 364 Days
It already is. Actually, it's 365; women's day is pure virtue signaling. Actual improvements in society's treatment of women are more, how should I put this, impactful.
... contributions men have to the advancement of civilization.
The names of the battles just stretch on forever, don't they?
Advancement of human civilization?
How about the fact there wouldn't be any human civilization to advance without women? As far as I know, a man has never died bringing a brand new human being onto this Earth but countless women throughout history have done exactly that.
P.S. It's cute that you think you (or anyone else) have any idea the true extent of the contributions women have made towards cultural and technological advancement in the world when, for centuries, patriarchal societies have erased almost all evidence of those contributions. The phrase "history is written by the victors" very much applies.
International Men's Day is 19th November this year. That's my son's birthday. He'll be 7 then and will be more grown up then than this whiny,self-entitled shithead will ever be!
And this leads on to one of my favourite every lines from a Terry Pratchett book:
Chateau Maison? Chat-eau ... that’s foreign for cat’s water, you know, but that’s only their way, I know it ain’t real cat’s water. Real cat’s water is sharper.’

You're welcome, Chum Hog.
Considering that women were actively kept out of all higher education and influence in society until very recently, it's a wonder how many of them managed to contribute so much to science and society at large anyway. That the little boys who were groomed for greatness from the cradle achieved greatness is much less wonderful.
For the privileged ones' perspective, equality looks like oppression.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
