LOL, God made man accoding to his image that's why people lie, cheat, steal, are hatefull, zealous, envious, gready, don't like to be told things they don't want to hear, kill, rape, murder, maim, and treat others like crap.
Does your perfect God also have a 'Plantaris muscle' in his feet?

One wonders, why God equipped humans with such a pointless degenerate muscle without any real function ...
... but it may make much more sense when considering that the same muscle is present in apes and prosimians, it is very strong and well developed there, and it has a very important function for these animals: Using the foot for grasping actions (important for tree dwellers)
What makes more sense in this context? That God made man in his image, or that humans and apes evolved from a common ancestor which was for a long time a tree-dweller?

Evolution quite clearly means that god DID NOT make man in his own image. This "problem" therefore does not exist.
As usual for fundies, "bravesfan1" is constructing "problems" which only arise because of his own belief system. Once you dismiss the ideology, the whole problem ceases to exist.
A similiar example from a discussion I had with a catholic fundie: Me "Sorry, I don't believe in your bible." Fundie:" Ah, and how do you explain the immaculate conception???" He just didn't get that this is not my problem, but HIS problem, and it is HIS duty to explain it. Not mine.
