Of course equality is a myth. The world isn't equal, men and women aren't equal. Men have ruled the world since the beginning of humanity, never have women ruled the world because we aren't equal. Women are inferior to men. Animals aren't equal to humans because they are inferior as a whole to humans. Equality is impossible, with the implementation of equality one side will be discriminated. In that case in the western world that is us white people. Or when making men and women equal, the superior gender will be discriminated against to make up for the inferiority of the other to create this "equality."

What is being referred to as equality is equality before the law. If we meant perfect equality, then Menace here would have a real job contributing to society, rather then squatting in Mom's basement, typing one handed while imagining his perfect patriarchal society.

Um, quite a few women have been rulers. But accepting this, you can still base your argument on the fact that most rulers have been men, so men must be superior. However, only a minority of rulers have been white. But your view would then suggest that non-whites must be superior...

My older sister called the shots when we were kids because she was much bigger and could beat the shit out of me. Didn't make me inferior, just physically unable defend myself. Same thing with men being in charge, historically. But we have rules and cops and things now, so you don't get to be in charge anymore just because you can beat us up.

Both genders have pluses and minuses, but that is no reason to have one gender rule over the other. Those who rule by any criterion other than a fair vote of the ruled, are bound to corruption.
