When slavery ended, that didn't apply to those who were not slaves and did not own slaves. When segregation ended, it didn't mandate that whites turn black and blacks turn white. When prohibition ended, the teetotalers were not forced to drink alcohol. Your arguments don't help your cause in any way.

All of those things were disbanded thanks to the efforts of those that saw they were wrong, intolerant and discriminatory, much like same-sex marriage has been legalised because public opinion has brought its necessity to the fore. You will, at some point, be viewed as backward and idiotic as those that fought to keep slavery.

Homosexuality is not a disorder; it is not physically harmful to be gay, people are completely functional when gay, it's not a detrimental.
I don't think your first paragraph makes the point you think it does. Slavery and segregation were racist ideology that decided you were somehow inherently and infinitely "superior" to another person based solely on the color of your skin and that gave you the right to deny them rights. Prohibition was literally a bunch of fundies deciding they get to decide what the rest of the country can and cannot drink even in their own homes (with exceptions for religious uses, of course, because Protestants are apparently better than everyone else).
Gay sex is not more inherently harmful than straight sex - you can still get STDs if you don't protect yourself however you do it. And a homosexual person's love for another isn't any less valid than a straight person's love. This is basically the same thing as segregation, you don't like something about them and pretend your faith gives you the authority to decide they're "inferior". The most harmful things about being gay are the reactions it garners from bigots like you who try to deny them their rights and organize lynch mobs. It most certainly is not comparable to an eating disorder that in and of itself is harmful to the person who has it. Other than that there's therapy for both, I guess, but that doesn't really work either because therapy for bulimia is respected science that works, while "therapy" for gays is basically just abuse and neglect until they sing whatever tune you want them to sing and as soon as they get away from that and whoever threw them into it in the first place they'll go right on back to being who they are rather than pretending to be something else just to placate a bunch of bigoted assholes.
