I'm just gonna skip with the racist aspect of this post and pop right over to one of the things that annoyed me quite a bit.

Explain to me why you're obligated to have a kid if you got the cash? What if you know you're not ready to devote that much time and attention to the brat? What if you just plain old don't like kids?

In short, why do you think people "should" have a kid in the first place?

Ah the good old welfare queen. You know, the one who's "not our people" and who's living large off welfare, buying cadillacs and houses with pools and copious amounts of jewellery all at the tax payer's expense.

And THIS is why they want to do away with sex ed and birth control. To make all "good" women (read: white, christian, middle class) broodmares so that they will a) uphold the population of the dominant group and b) be too tied up with child bearing to compete with white, christian, middle class men in the job market.

This idiot has also apparently not realised that it is possible to have a job AND live with one's parents. And whether young people live with their parents or not depends largely on the availability of low-cost housing. Where I live it's pretty good so people tend to move out as soon as they hit their college/uni/etc years.

And I bet that he's one of those people who bleat on about family values, yet somehow seems to think living with ones FAMILY is a bad thing. Not to mention that having a big family is despicable if you happen to be of the wrong colour/religion.

How about incentives to help all pregnant and birthing women - especially those of low income - with financial, healthcare and economic aid instead of just writing them off as worthless.
