Is that atheism, though? Atheists don’t believe in ANY gods, not just one in one book. Biblegod does violate his own rules a number of ways, he’s sexist, misogynistic, racist, and murderous, so it’s hard to see how his own book promotes worship in him…

The South rebelled in the Civil War because they believed they were ‘using the Negro’ in the manner God intended. Not really logical, but certainly historical.

Except the bible SAYS that every verse in the Bible is good for instruction. You cannot ignore verses such as the woman with lovers who were hung like mules, or where god straight up slaughtered 42 kids for taunting a man.
