Before any woman seeks to be a leader over Men in a Church I would have her examine her motives. Is she doing it because she feels that she is as good and maybe even better than a man? OR is she being humble, desiring to serve God in full obedience to His Word?

God has establised a Divine order on Earth. It is clear about who has been given Authority. Husband over Wife, Men over the Church, Parents over Children, Masters over Slaves, Government leaders over Citizens. Sadly in not all those who are in leadership roles are performing them to perfection, but neither are those who should be in submission performing theirs perfectly either.

We should be praying for our men and encourage them. We should want them to grow and mature in the Word of God so that they can perform the roles God has assigned for them. When each person is performing their role as the Bible outlines them, then we can have blessing in our Families, Communities, Nations and Churches.
