The existence of God is proven in the Word of God, by the very creation you live in and, if you are saved, by His residence in your heart.
Evolution, on the other hand, has no sufficient evidence to prove it.

You could also say that evolution is proven by the words and research of tens of thousands of scientists, the very world you live in, and, if you are intelligent, the ability to reason logically in your head.
The existence of God is proven in the Word of God,
By Word of God you mean the Bible? Show me why you think that the Bible is the Word of God and tell me who the Bible teaches is the father of Joseph, Jesus' uh step-father.
by the very creation you live in and,
We exist therefore God. Good one!
if you are saved, by His residence in your heart.
I believe in God therefore God exists. More sound reasoning Randy, thanks.
Evolution, on the other hand, has no sufficient evidence to prove it.
And you're in a position to judge that? So many eminent biologists have been wasting their time. Shame that!
The existence of God is proven in the Word of God
We don't have the word of God. We just have a book you claim is the word of God.
Evolution, on the other hand, has no sufficient evidence to prove it.
Only if you begin with the assumption that the Bible is always right and invent far-fetched explanations out of thin air to explain anything that contradicts that belief.
It's the word of God because it says it is! I ignore all! Worship my igrance!
Yeah, Randy, everyone thinks you're a crazt, racist, misoginistic insane little prick. Shut the fuck up already.
And the word of God is proved by what?, by a group of shepperds that believed that whales were fishes and that snakes can speak?. Ah no, according to you, it's God's word, but at the same time is the proof of his existance?, cyclical argument or you think that proof is something else?.
By the very creation...............a little vague, don't you think?, and concerning the residence of the heart, or being saved, you put the cart before the horse, don't you?, first you have to be saved by BELIEVING in God.
That said, since you have a weird idea of what evidence means, I don't know if you're aware of what evidence evolution counts on.
Translation:
I believe in creationism for no reason, therefore evidence is strictly unnecessary.
As for evolution, I've seen the evidence, could not for the life of me understand it, and therefore have resorted to simply calling it's validity into question.
Ah, yes, for the fundie, no evidence for evolution is ever good enough. Whereas no evidence for creationism is plenty good enough.
"The existence of FSM is proven in the Word of FSM, by the very creation you live in and, if you are saved, by His residence in your heart.
Christianity, on the other hand, has no sufficient evidence to prove it."
Yawn. Can people please stop submitting stuff from Bro Randy unless it's something other than just a restatement of his usual tired, old dogma? The man is an inexhaustible source of raw stupidity, so surely he must say something new and original in its idiocy sooner or later.
I think Bro. Randy needs to hop on over to talkorigins.org, read a book on evolution or go to a natural history museum (and by a natural history museum I mean a real one , not the creationism museum built by AiG). There, he will find more proof than he ever imagined was possible.
Yes, but if you don't believe in God, then you don't believe in God's word since it couldn't have been written by God because God doesn't exist to inspire it and it cannot justify your belief in a non-existent God since the word is not God's who doesn't exist anyway(in fundie logic God speak).
Sorry to disagree, Codger, but a demagogue always needs a nemesis.
Otherwise, he'll get the impression that he won. Or something.
by His residence in your heart.
Whew, so that's it! That four-bedroom split-level in my left ventricle was *really* freaking the doctors out.
I can't view the T4C site anymore. Don't know if they blocked my IP or not, which is strange because I wnet there to read the site sometimes, but I never posted a comment there or did anything they could construe as wrong or immoral to them...
Stuff like this makes me sad. I reember when I heard pastors say things like this about evolution and I believed it. these kids are in for a lot of heartache in their lives if they don't start reading the bible on their own and learning about the true nature of the God it describes and not the drivel spouted by Brother Bigot.
The existence of god is proved by things that can't be proved!
I love that argument. Who needs real, solid proof anyway, when you can have the warm solid glow of an overactive imagination?
The existence of Krishna is proved by the Word of Krishna, by the very creation you live in and, if you have good karma, by His residence in your heart. Now put on this saffron robe.
Oh yes, now prove the "Word of God" is true. Evolution, is a theory with much facts to back it up, but nearly not enough to be considered fact. We can never be sure.
FFS, either stop believing in God or PROVE HE EXISTS BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT, DAMMIT!
If the Word of God is enough to prove the existence of God, then On the Origin of Species ought to be enough to prove evolution. Especially since OtOoS actually contains evidence and explanations, not just myths and fairy-tales. Plus, evolution has evidence in real nature, and in museums of Natural History around the world; literally mountains of evidence.
Btw, every single religion has its own Word of God. Are all the gods proven, then?
If not, what's so special about your particular Word of God? Don't say that it's inspired by God, because all the others say the same thing, silly.
The existence of The Flying Spaghetti Monster is proven in the Word of The Flying Spaghetti Monster, by the very creation you live in and, if you are saved, by His noodly appendage.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
