"Brazenness" hasn't upped the count of murdered gays one bit. There's been a steady background of hate crimes on gays, including murder, at least from the beginning of the 20th century. Occasionally there are attempts at mass murder, like the UpStairs Lounge arson in 1973 that killed 32 people. In 2014 there were 750 people in the Seattle Neighbors club when Masmari started pouring gas, and it's mainly due to his incompetence as a firebug that nobody was killed.
So, if I understand you properly, supporting LGBT people taking their rightful place in society is the policy that led to the massacre in Orlando?
