@MoqingBird: The officially sanctioned Catholic bible has a few extra books not in the Protestant one. They could actually both be right. (Or not. Don't know if Jonah is one of these)
Nope, Jonah is found in both Catholic and Protestant bibles. In fact, in Matthew and Luke Jesus actually talks about Jonah in the fish's belly as a foreshadowing of his death and resurrection. So not only has St. Iguanas not looked at the table of contents of his bible, he apparently never read the Gospels either.
Go look up the story of Jonah and tell me what book it is found in.

@ redfergus: Actually, Jesus (as described in the Gospels) may well have been illiterate. He wasn't a rabbi, other then in the very loose sense of 'teacher'; he never studied at a yeshiva or got hired by a synagogue. His status would have been more like a tzaddik or a maggid.
