I’m not now, nor ever will I ever be ready to accept Wicca as a legitimate Faith. It is just one 1/2 step away from NAMBLA. And I think that is what we will be accepting next at Arlington.
I guess that should have hit a lot of liberals where it hurts. Perfect “PC” - let’s include everyone.

Why? Although, I do question the validity, so long as people don't get ridiculous with it, or try to continuously call me an evil witch burner who needs to get in touch with the mother Goddess!!!!!11111oneoneone
It is just one 1/2 step away from NAMBLA.
That sentence alone proves you're a fucking moron who has no idea what you're talking about. Wicca has absoloutely nothing to do with NAMBLA, or paedophilia/paedophiles. The two have no connection whatsoever.
And I think that is what we will be accepting next at Arlington.
Bullshit. Prove that there is a movememt with any power (other than NAMBLA, which, really, no one likes and they don't wield any serious power) that is actively trying to make sex with minors legal. You can't, because there isn't. Sex with children is always rape; people would never want to legalise it.
For what it's worth, several people on the thread are taking this jerk to task and calling him out for the bigot he is.
As for me, I think that if you give your life in the service of your country, you have the right to put spaghetti and meatballs on your tombstone, if that's what you want, at the taxpayers expense!
You know what? Forget a tombstone.
When I die, please let me be stuffed and mounted in attack position, preferably facing in the direction of this guy's house while flipping the bird.
I fully agree that Wicca is fucking ridiculous, but that's just because it's a religion. They're all fucking ridiculous.
See? Perfect PC. I'm including everyone.
You're right; that does hit me where it hurts. In my brain. to think that someone would put so much hate and energy into something when it's quite obvious they don't know what they're even pissed about.
If you're hating for hating's sake, you're just being an asshole.
A Step and a half away?
Well, when you compare it to some of the other things fundies believe, it does seem like it's a much smaller leap of logic, but still...
Wicca is a legitimate religious belief. NAMBLA is akin to a sexual dysfunction. How can, even you, confuse them?
BTW: How would a good old army guy like OA-WOPA know about them? Hmmm?
I was just thinking of Catholicism, too. Also, if the First Amendment's religion clauses are too much "perfect 'PC' " for you, feel free to emigrate to Iran. Heck, I may even help you pack.
Well, fortunately, OldArmy, I think you'll find that what you think, say, or do has very little impact on the lives of others.
Until you go to far, in which case retaliation suits your persecution complex rather well.
Get over it.
Define "slippery slope" and give an example:
A form of argument that implies that permitting A creates a precedent that leads to permitting B, etc. The argument is fallacious when there is no real connection between A and B.
Example: "I’m not now, nor ever will I ever be ready to accept Wicca as a legitimate Faith. It is just one 1/2 step away from NAMBLA. And another 1/2 step away from killing your grandmother, cutting off her head and having sex with it, and another 1/2 step to invading Poland and shoveling Jews into ovens ... "
We wiccan satanists SACRAFICE children, we don't have sex with them - get your facts straight, idiot!
*bangs head on desk* How does anybody come up with a connection between NAMBLA and Wicca?
OldDogface, wherever you get planted, you deserve a marker with a depiction of an anal sphincter.
Is NAMBLA a religion where you live?
I think the most telling thing here is the "that is what we will be accepting next".
Maybe that's what he really wants on his own tombstone, a nice icon of a little boy and a grown man...
Did anyone read the ramblings about his secret society and their control over everyone in the military's lives? And how the other posters pretty much called him delusional?
How about this? Perhaps Arlington should only accept those faiths which are legitimate, that is those faiths which can prove their doctrines with evidence and logic.
Perfect PC, it excludes all supernatural religions.
Are they still going on about the whole wiccan symbol in graveyards thing? Why the fuck should anyone even care?
You just know that when they decided to allow the star of david in graveyards people were ranting about that too.
This moron actually thinks that NAMBLA is a religion?
They'd probably have better luck with their goals if they were one, IMO. And I can't believe nobody posted this picture yet:

Anyway, why should a gravestone have to be religion-themed? As a librarian, I want the Dewey classification on mine, not some religious bullshit. I'd even have said to skip the whole burial thing, just skin my corpse to make parchment and cremate the rest, but I hear human skin makes rather lousy parchment, which doesn't hold ink well.
No, no, you're supposed to be comparing gays to NAMBLA, not Wiccans. Then again, there is a chance you don't think there's a difference.
This can also SOOOO be said about Evangalism, Southern Baptism or Mormonism,,except for a qualifying factor,,THEY'RE ALL SO MUCH MORE NAMBLISH in every way. Just check the court records WOPA.
Don't even start with this weird pretention that "legitimate Faith" Christian denominations aren't riddled with child abuse cases. How dare you even suggest some inherent pearly white innocence of child molesting priests, clergy and church administrations. The abuses of not just Wiccan groups but damn near EVERY OTHER group are sooooo much lower than your churchs, no matter what church you belong to.
Nobody cares what you're ready to accept.
NAMBLA is all but disbanded, as most people frown on pedophilia.
I don't know about liberals, they are way to right-wing for me, but that did not hurt this socialist where it hurts, that's for sure. Unless you mean the stitch in my side from laughing AT you...
Confused?
