"Hello everyone. It's weird to be quoted somewhere else, and it's sad to have my words ripped out of context."
I look at the context. It didn't really help anything.
"First, what's a fundie?"
It's short for fundamentalist; A person who their values or beliefs to stupid extremes. Also the FAQ linked on this sites front page explains it. Plus you could have used Google.
"Fourth, I might have wrong sources, but I have learned that any kind of "social minority" in USA, or at least most of those who are somewhat distinguished from "the rest", like gays, lesbians, afroamericans, disabled, hipsters,"
...Hipsters are a social movement NOT a minority group as we're discussing them...
"maybe more, have a kind of public organization lobbying their rights. Therefore, an undistinguished person is fairly unprotected from whatever legal activities that might be sued against him, even if he did nothing to be condemned by law."
Actually there ARE a large number of groups in opposition to minority groups (Mostly hate groups) Lobbying for rights for one group doesn't deny them from others, and most lawsuits are against organizations rather than your hypothetical person and are to prevent unfair treatment of those minority groups.
"Like one HR not accepting a black person as a programmer since he couldn't interpret "printf('Hello world!');" yet alone write sensible code, and getting sued for "not accepting that black because of his skin color", and LOSING the case."
That lawsuit would fail pretty fast.
"Fifth, "traditional" family is the family where no one pushes his own rights, which has a husband, a wife and one or more children, and which lives without any intention of possible divorce."
...So any family that prescribes to a narrow unnecessary definition divorced from reality, with traditional tacked on cause you want to promote it as the way things should be?
