scientists want evolution to be true because it is supposed to show that there is no god. therefore they distort evidence so they can support a theory that supports atheism

Science has never tried, science deals with the natural universe, God mighta shown up in the process but it hasn't happened yet.
Who you want are the philophisors or communists, these are not the heretics you're looking for
for the billionth time, evolution does not equal atheism, the absence of god is not required for evolution to be true, you could easily say that god influenced the process, and a lot of people say just that.
This would be a big surprise to my old paleontology prof, who also taught Sunday School.
Somehow it didn't bother him to believe in evolutionary descent with modification.
Evolution is about life adapting to a changing environment. For all we know, a deity might have started the process some four billion years ago.
Are you saying that every single scientist in the world is in on this gigantic distortion conspiracy? Even the many Christian, Muslim, Hindu, etc, scientists?
Because, you see, the one bringing irrefutable evidence that ToE is false will be famous.
What about scientists that believe in a god? Why do they accept evolution? You can't convince me that a Christian would try to hide evidence of their own god.
And even if evolution was disproved (which will probably never happen, considering the overwhelmingly obvious evidence in favour of evolution), my lack of belief in deities would be completely unfazed.
“scientists want evolution to be true because it is supposed to show that there is no god.”
Would this include the scientists who worship god and research biology and accept evolution? Just asking.
Because evolution does NOT show that there is no god. How could empirical science dispose of a supernatural being?
"therefore they distort evidence so they can support a theory that supports atheism”
Except they do not. Scientists figured out the Piltdown hoax, not creationists. Scientists fixed the Nebraska Man mistake. Scientists disposed of the Archaeoraptor forgery.
Creationists altered the tracks at Paluxy to make it look like human footprints.
You got it ass backwards.
Confused?
