I did a search (of the Internet in general, not T4C) on interracial marriage bible and the first four hits all say this has no Biblical support (the ban is on inter-religious marriages). The fifth hit did give a Biblical quote. That was "Stormfront", a racist white-power web site. They said "Genesis 28:1, says that the Canaanites (blacks) were the 'servants of servants'". "Blacks" was added by the editor - it's not in the Bible, and it's wrong: Canaan was the one son of Ham whose descendants definitely weren't black.
Each of Noah's sons went their own separate way after the flood and brought forth a separate race, which due to genetic isolation over a long period of time (long in terms of human history as judged by the fundies not long in terms of what rational people think of as evolutionary time) became the thee separate races of humanity. It is a mystery where the Chinese came from.

Technically that Song of Solomon couldn't be said to condone interracial dating because given what we know about where Solomon lived, he and everyone around him probably was dark skin too. Of course this person seems to believe everyone in the Bible was white, which is of course very incorrect.
The nineteenth century was more progressive than Teens 4 Christ, at least by then we'd had the Enlightenment and the likes of Tom Paine. The nineteenth centruy also had JS Mill (who thought women should be liberated) and who would probably makes Teens 4 Christ shit bricks. And that's before we've even mentioned Karl Marx...
