I had a feeling this DNC was gonna be pure evil, and I do keep up with all the news. But I have to admit, as unshockable as I thought I was, I am stunned by their in-your-face, God-hating Obama (and govt.) worship. I am so thankful to be able to come to this board where the people really "get it"!

No one on rapture ready gets much of anything. Funny how their convention was delayed & nearly cancelled due to an "act of god".
And I don't think it's the democrats who are "government worshipers". You're an idiot; go drink some bleach.

I think that's one bad effects of the internet (aside from the anonymity turning people into complete jerks): that we can congregate in places that only reinforce our beliefs and never challenge them. Granted, when you go on Youtube or Facebook or any other more mainstream site you'll get all kinds (including the aforementioned jerks) but you can always run away back to Rapture Ready, Beyond Top Secret, Spearhead, Stormfront or any other fringe site where people will tell you that you are right and that scientists, the government, experts, and teachers are all wrong. Don't get me wrong, the internet is a great resource for learning (probably the greatest) for those that are intellectually curious and possess good critical thinking skills but it is also the greatest incubator of psuedoscience and extremism.

- Translation: They applauded him, without even considering the fact that I don't like him.
- Translation: No one in the real world can stand my company, and I am too self-focused to figure out why.
