Q:Why do atheists reject human testimony of evidence for God?
A: Bottom line is that it's against their religion to believe in God.
They don't WANT to accept evidence of God, because they don't WANT to believe he exists.
The atheist pretense of looking at evidence, analyzing evidence, making objective decisions...........it's ALL phony.

Q:Why do atheists reject human testimony of evidence for God?
A: The same reason most people reject human testimony as evidence of sasquatch, you nincompoop.
Not to mention all the other human testimonies for religious beliefs totally incompatible with yours. We can't believe them all, you know. Why should anyone believe any of them, least of all yours?
Well I sure as hell don't wanna believe in God, you got that part right. Especially not your child-killing, rape victim-stoning, gay-hating, shrimp-banning cosmic tool of a deity.
Also, if you expect people to believe your "testimony", which is often nonsensical and rambling, I suggest you bring some form of tangible proof, or at least a few collaborating witnesses.
The atheist pretense of looking at evidence, analyzing evidence, making objective decisions...........it's ALL phony.
Of course, if our "pretense" of examining evidence somehow led to undeniable proof of your deity's existence, then it would ALL be completely legitimate.
I do believe that the irony of this statement has caused my ironometer, or "irony meter",to explode, the concussive force of which caused spontaneous hearing loss, and the shrapnel propelled by the aforementioned concussive force has caused me to become permanently blind.
Also, Atheism is, by definition, not a religion. You fail. Good day to you, sir!
Q:Why do atheists reject human testimony of evidence for God?
A: People who give human testimony about God have a strong motive for lying. Claiming that God agrees with you is a well-known way to gain power over people. Human history is filled with people who have claimed they are speaking for God: the Pharaohs, the Roman emperors, Mohamed, Joseph Smith, Charles Taze Russell, Jim Jones, etc. Why should any one of them be believed over another?
Well, once you start discussing obedient faith and free will, it brings up a bunch of issues, but it's my choice to be casual about it all.
I don't NEED to believe god exists.
We reject subjective evidence because we are not shitheads. We know that people unintentionally or intentional can provide misleading testimony. However, if God was real, there would be plenty of objective, hard, credible evidence.
Thank you for calling my insistence on credible evidence a pretense and phony. I think the world of you too.
We have plenty of evidence, some based on scientific information, some based on rhetoric, and some on plain old common sense.
Now let's see yours?
And for the last time, ATHEISM IS NOT A RELIGION!
You're the ones who keep talking about how wonderful God is, how great it will be when we're all in heaven, and how marvelous the rewards for the faithful are.
But no, we don't believe that because we don't WANT to. Right.
At least be consistent.
Q:Why do Christians reject human testimony of evidence for the Flying Spaghetti Monster?
A: Bottom line is that it's against their religion to believe in FSM.
They don't WANT to accept evidence of FSM, because they don't WANT to believe he exists.
The Christian pretense of looking at evidence, analyzing meatballs, making pasta...........it's ALL phony.
There ya go.
Wow! its utterly astonishing to hear that millions of people actually hold beliefs inconsistent with that which they express. Anybody who made a claim like that without irrefutable evidence would have to be a contemptible lying scum-sucking douche-bag.
Fortunately, that's not you, right? Produce your evidence.
Human testimony is not evidence for any gods.
Atheism is a lack of belief in gods. It's a religion the way not collecting stamps is a hobby.
We have yet to see any real evidence of any gods to consider.
Sure, there are many gods who I'd rather want to be existing...
My wanting it does not make it so, though, funnily enough.
Again, there is no tangible, testable evidence for the existence of any gods, let alone for your particular one.
“Q:Why do atheists reject human testimony of evidence for God?”
Do you have any idea how MANY people told me that Santa Claus existed, along with details about his life and his ride on Christmas Eve?
human Testimony is meaningless without corroborating evidence.
“A: Bottom line is that it's against their religion to believe in God.”
That’s not really an answer.
“They don't WANT to accept evidence of God, because they don't WANT to believe he exists.”
No, it’s that testimony isn’t evience.
“The atheist pretense of looking at evidence, analyzing evidence, making objective decisions...........it's ALL phony.”
Do you have something other than uncorroborated testimony?
Q: Why do Christians insist that human testimony is evidence for God?
A: Bottom line is that it's the basis of their religion to believe in God.
They don't WANT to accept evidence suggesting God isn’t real, because they WANT to believe he exists.
The Christian pretense of looking at evidence, analyzing evidence, making objective decisions...........it's ALL phony.
