Carey Wedler is exhibit A as to why women shouldn't be allowed to vote until they can demonstrate a mature sense of reasoning. "Oh, he's a black man. Oh, we can put racism behind us and I can show all my friends and family how open-minded I am. Oh, I was so totally into you that I waited in the rain to hear Oprah, Michelle and other racists spout their support for you." Give me a break. Emotions like these have no place in the running of a representative republic. How many other women with "jungle fever" helped to cause the destruction we're now seing. I suppose I should give her just a little credit for finally realizing what should have been discerned long ago. And notice how she is a typical female: She's absolutely ticked off that he lied to her. Yeah, sweety pie, men lie to women all the time to get what they want. You're so gullible as to hear only what you wanted to hear but had no sense to learn a few facts about the guy.
Sensible women should be embarrassed for their gender.

This has always baffled me about the MGTOW type, they say that women should just expect the worst from men, and have only themselves to blame for being treated badly. But then they turn around and cry persecution when some women talk about avoiding or distrusting men.

The "destruction we're now seeing? Like what?
Dubya: Economy in freefall, losing 750,000 jobs per month, lied us into a war, turned a half-billion dollar surplus into massive deficit by putting 2 wars on a credit card and drastically cutting revenue by cutting taxes on the wealthy.
Obama: Stopped the freefall and cut the job losses, saved the auto industry, killed your favorite boogey-man, and implemented an admittedly flawed program that has, despite its faults, brought health care to 14 million uninsured people over the last 4 years.
Obama has signed some indefensible cuts to social services which do indeed constitute destruction, but aside from that, the tally is all on your side. But maybe I just think that because I'm a lowly woman.
B-But if America had voted for McCain/Palin we'd have a WOMAN vice president...! Clearly the Obama presidency is the lesser of two evils. And it really is, but it has nothing to do with Sarah being a woman.
Just remember that men never vote for a politician and then later decide they don't like that politician as much as they had hoped. It's totally only a silly wimmin's issue.

News flash to men: you have emotions too. They make your decisions for you. Except you are in denial about it. Ignoring your feelings when making decisions is highly irrational. The list of things, that made me think that Obama was preferable over his two opponents, did not include his skin-tone. That was just an added bonus that would anger the fundies.
Politicians lie to people all the time to get what they want, stupid, regardless of gender.
We have a couple of right-wing politicians (male) who said that they wanted to move to Hungary, because Hungary is much more strict towards immigrants than Sweden is, AND who then put their plans into actions, making themselves immigrants that ought to be thrown out according to their own (more or less) fascist world-view.
