[In response to Jeremiah 19]:
"I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters, and they will eat one another's flesh during the stress of the siege imposed on them by the enemies who seek their lives."
Only the first verse you listed could be considered God "making" someone eat their children. The others are warnings of how bad it will be if they disobey and lose God's blessing on their nation. (They'll be attacked by their enemies and suffer so much that they'll be forced to eat their children to survive.)
