If you knowingly call someone a theif who is not, you deserve to be stolen from. If you knowingly call someone a murder who is not, you deserve to be murdered. If you knowingly call someone a rapist who is not, you deserve to be raped.

Berny, later in the thread it appears he thinks women who have "late term" abortions should receive the death penalty. What he defines as "late term" is when the foetus becomes a "human life form". I think he's so far off the fundie scale, we can only hear his mind-boggling screams.
Under his system, wouldn't it be more rational for them to deserve to be falsely accused of theft, murder, and rape?
Karma is getting stolen from after you have stolen. Getting stolen from after you have merely lied in calling someone a thief is mostly unrelated, as far as I can tell; its proper counterpart would be someone accusing you of theft when you hadn't stolen.

Calling somebody something and then having something happen to you based on that doesn't even qualify as eye for an eye. If I say someone is a murderer, my getting murdered isn't something "coming around" on me unless I killed someone first. To think otherwise is just sick, and falls under the same sort of crap that "She was dressed like she wanted to be raped, so she was!" falls under.

The appropriate punishment for people who falsely accuse others of such thing is to be charged with slander, libel, or perjury depending on whether they did it in court or not.

I've always agreed with this. If it can be proven that you are not merely MISTAKEN, but KNOWINGLY, ACTIVELY LYING, you should get the same punishment that the falsely accused would have gotten.
