Why don't you report as volunteer rape victim, then, if you think it should be legal?
A few percent of women make false accusations, and the very few of those few cases that goes to conviction don't fill prisons. Fewer than 30 percent of ALL rapes lead to a conviction. The problem is NOT too many rapists in prisons, but that way too few of them end up in there.
Lead him on? By going for a run in the well-lit track in the nearby forest? By being at a concert to listen to a band? By being out with friends having a drink after work? By being tired after a hard day and not in the mood for sex after the kids have finally fallen asleep? By being a little old lady needing assistance with daily chores?

Also, the answer to the false accusation problem is not to legalize rape(for obvious goddamn reasons) but to make false allegations a crime once proven false.
Cause you know, ruining the life and reputation of an innocent man with slander is not something that should be tolerated in our society.
