I think my roommate is an atheist or a satanist and she is angry and bitter and horrible.
But some atheist that I met on here are actually friendly and nice. They only lack the greatest thing in life and that is the love of our Holy God!
I pray for them and feel sorry for them.

Wait...how do you know she's an atheist? Based on the fact that she is bitter and mean makes her an atheist? How about the many bitter, horrible Christians out there? And for the sake of the argument, let's just say she IS an atheist. She's probably bitter because of the religious bigotry I'm sure she has to put up with.

As fundie posts go, this one is almost reasonable. She's still arrogant and condescending, sure, but at least she acknowledges that some atheists are actually nice people. That's a start.

An atheist is one who doesn't believe. A Satanist, depending upon the branch is an atheist but they are not the same. And she maybe angry because of the holier than thou judgements she keeps getting. I can't blame her. I am neither (Pagan) and I'd be angry about hearing the same damn thing all the damn time. Why do you feel sorry for them? Perhaps they don't want you to? Unless they deserve sympathy, there is no need to.
