[On the children crying in the movie, Jesus Camp]
Yeah I saw a preview of it. Personally I don't believe boys or men should be allowed to cry for cultural reasons but that is besides the point. I am going to go see it tomorrow so I will tell you how it went...

why do you value your culture so highly that you would use it to try to prevent someone from expressing their feelings to others? Crying is a natural response, and can represent a wide variety of emotions? Should boys and men mearly never feel pain or sadness? Are they "weak" emotions? Pain and sadness have motivated some of the best (and worst) actions in history. Do not discount them so easily.

So, the problem is that, according to stereotypes of society men don´t cry?. Go and see, and please, then don´t tell me that Christians aren´t like that. I know that not all are like that, but I don´t want more arguments from idiots who say such nonsenses.
Tell you what. Men can stop crying when fundie men learn to stop raping women who dress provocatively and then say the women deserved it.
Figure we're safe forever, though I'd certainly give up crying to stop rape. Bet the fundies won't, though.
So if I were to, oh I don't know, set your nuts on fire, then you wouldn't cry? No? Oh, because you have none, well, that is a loophole.
So, Mr.E., you have never cried? If you say no, you're a lying sack of shit. If you admit that you have, you're just an ordinary sack of shit.
That's strange, I listen to Beethoven and watch Terry Gilliam in order to cry, and I really like it. I have found a high correlation between media that makes me cry and me liking that media.
Oh, and it's "beside the point", not "besides". Stop using superfluous esses , silly.
For what cultural reasons?, for having a lacrimal deposite developed from, among other things, to protect the eye?
I like it when men cry. It's a reminder that if your strip away all that machismo bullshit far too many have encouraged and swallowed whole for years, there's someone who can still feel emotions underneath. It's a sign that they are not dead inside, although I'm sure you would like them to be.
Confused?
