Theres no doubt in my mind that God would not let his word be altered in any way he did not want it to be. If Sodam and Gomorah were struck dead just 4 lying, then why can't some monk be struck dead?
Ultimately, my religious views can't be wrong, because the words were breathed out by God in the original manuscripts. Your religious views however, can be wrong, because you are taking the doctrine of fallible men and trying to make them infallible (the essence of the 'theory,' not the details).
Anyway I guess the homosexual agenda is just part of a wider agenda and that's what troubles me.
It is equally plausible that the evolutionists won't acknowledge the age of the earth because they feel that doing so would contradict the Darwinian, Huxleyan and Leakian truths that they hold so dear.

I saw NOTHING on the other site to prove anything about the age of the earth. They saw the 'telltale signs' of the light from the earliest stars. How am I supposed to be able to prove/disprove what they are saying when I don't even understand?

A quick review of the first and second laws of thermodynamics clearly would cause any rational person to conclude that everything in the universe moves from hot to cold, and from order to dis-order... we are all disintergrating!!!! The idea of theories is that they will be either proven or disproven. If they are proven repeateadly then it become a law... IE gravity was a theory once. It has since become a law. It became a law becasue they were able to prove it 100% (i would have questions if tehy didnt ).

Without God there is no moral code, there is no basis for what's right and wrong, and good and evil are interchangable.

The answer is that atheism is not only a belief in no God..It is an agenda, an ORGANIZED effort to kill any sign of God..In fact every year atheists ask for funding from the government...Oh ok, so then you are a religion...Why do the heathen rage? I believe that miracles of other probably religious do happen, but not nessicarily because they're God ordained. Jesus said he was the only way to the Father. So, the way I see it, TRUE miracles only come from him.

I just took a college class called "Music In World Cultures". Some of what we discussed dealt with how tribal and religious cultures use music in their spiritual rituals. Some work themselves into a frenzy, and eventually go into trance...or more appropriately labeled, possession.

What difference does it make in the long run or even the short run for that matter if we enslave men, or steal things that we need? If I need something and there is no God to punish me for anything then you can bet that I'm going to just take what I need, because I'm going to do what feels good to me at the time. Without God laws are based on feeling, what feels right to me, what feels right to you, and you have no right to tell me what is right for me, you are just another accidental animal.
Atheism even has missionaries. Those missionaries are on these boards right now!! They came into a board marked "spiritual discussion" WHY?? What are they accomplishing? Fourth, perhaps death is not the worst thing that can happen to you. It appears to me that what God thinks the worst thing is, is to be seperated from Him for ever. And that choice He leaves up to us. If, however, killing (or allowing to die) a few people (who have chosen to refuse Him) so that other's may be given another chance to return to Him, maybe it's a fair action. Perhaps the needs of the many do outweigh the needs of the few.
