If the holocaust did happen (conspiracy to murder millions by a plan to systematically end thie lives), which I don’t believe it did, due to lack of evidence other than imagery that has been edited or imagery from real atrocities, it would have been a planned event. The ones that profited were the Jews, and their infrastructure.
One of the very important chapters in the political record of Bahai Faithis the sincere relations and close cooperation of the leaders of the sect with Zionists in general and the occupier regime of Ghods in particular. History bears witness that the relations between the Bahai leaders with Zionism has a record much longer than the life of the “Israeli regime”.
Ben Zvi (a Zionist activist and later the president of Israel) has confessed to his meeting (along with his wife) with Abbas Afandi in the Behji Palace (in Akka) and put the date of the meeting between 1909-1910, some forty years before the establishment of Israel (1948) which shows the strategic depth of the relations between Bahai heads and Zionists. Historical evidences also show the relations between Abbas Afandi with members of the Rochild Family who were the main organizers and investors of the plot for settlement of Jews in Palestine.
Did the “selfish and merchant” Zionists sacrifice themselves for this sect just for nothing! and without any expectation? The reality is that Bahais serve Zionists and their sprout, Israel, with all their potentials in return for their supports and in addition to collecting financial aid and sending for this regime they smuggle and illegally import Israeli goods into Iran thus trying to flourish the dying economy of the regime.
It is surprising that in their sites and media and against this question (or protest) concerning the relations of the sect with Israel, the Bahais impudently claim that there is no relation between the sect and the Zionists and occupiers of Palestine and the centrality of the Baitul Adl (House of Justice, Bahai Faith Headquarters) in Israel is totally accidental! and it has nothing to do with the common interests of the two parties!. Indeed when Bahaism tie its fate to that of Zionism in this way, it cannot claim that the setting up of the headquarter of this sect in Israel is simply due to the existence of the graves of the leaders of the sect in the occupied Palestine, and for this reason Israel has turned into the Qibla of Bahais.
Regarding the hue and cry about the arrest of some Bahais in Iran, I would like to make some points. Firstly, the government of Iran is an independent government with its independent laws and independent constitution. It has its reasons for the arrest of these Bahais and we should respect that. Just as America, Israel and the West in general would like to maintain their sovereignity, Iran would like to do that as well.
Secondly, people should keep in mind that world-wide, Bahais do not have a track record of respecting local laws (except in the West and Israel). Bahais frequently break local laws and have been help responsible for conversion activities, spying etc. Hence it is difficult to give them benefit of doubt that the Bahais are indeed “innocent”.
Thirdly, if Amercia / the West is so concerned about the state of the Bahais in Iran, why does it not offer asylum to these Bahais in America, Israel, Britain. That would solve the problem once and for all. All Iranis in any case are hankering to go to America. This move will kill two birds with one stone.
Incidentally Bahais are banned in Saudi Arabia as well. If a Bahai is caught in Saudi Arabia, he would probably be executed for blasphemy (a lot harsher than being arrested).
I dont see people making too much noise about it (rather any noise about it) – perhaps because Saudi is an ally of the West and Iran is not. So this whole thing about persecution of Bahais in Iran is hogwash. Bahais are banned not only in Iran. They are banned all over the Middle East and in several other Muslim countries. Iran is being singled out because they want to paint a poor picture of Iran in the media. That is all.
Wait, there more—I secretly believe that the Bahais dont want their “friends” in Iran to be released. What purpose will that serve? One Bahai in prison is more valuable than one free Bahai. Simply because it gives this community to be in the press all the time, it gets them brownie points for sympathy and in any case, apart from the sympathy factor, there is’nt much to talk about the Bahai Faith.
