In any case, even if God DID design high rates of fertilization failure, no it would not make him a murderer. As the giver of life, it is God's prerogative to take it back. That doesn't make him a murderer. It's murder for humans to take the lives of others because they didn't give life in the first place. It's like if you destroy my property that's criminal vandalism. But if I destroy my own property it's not a crime.
