[This was under an article about the Guadalupe Benitez/"California lesbian insemination" case, but you'll see DP kinda went off on a tangent.]

"homosexuality is the mark of a people who have rejected the revelation of God that is seen all around them."

In the computer world we call it a worm. It invades the system and then just works it's way through until nothing works right anymore. This is why homosexuals have such a difficult time seeing what is plainly written in the Bible. This includes several places in the new covenant. Eventually, the system no longer recognizes the rules by which it operates and then does what it wants. When unchecked a really bad worm will leave the computer completely unable to function until it is wiped clean and a new OS is installed. However, ALL traces of what was on the drive and in the CMOS (PRAM) have to be completely wiped. No trace can remain or it will just grow back. Not even a question of if any part was OK can remain. Everything has to go and be reinstalled or it just won't work.

This is the real need of the lost. First, they have to accept the Bible when it says something is wrong. Otherwise, it's like talking to a very confused machine that keeps giving the same obviously non sequitur answer.

If there is no God, then morality, or "ethics" are meaningless. Socrates and Aristotle were just men who had an opinion. There had no authority to define morality.Since He is God, He has the authority to tell people what to do, and what not to do. I realize YOU want to make the rules, but you can't.Allah is not the God of the Bible. ISIS is breaking God's moral law, for which they will be judged by God. Aristotle's opinions are binding on no one.Allah is not real. And even if it was real, it is not God Almighty. Not the Creator of the universe. Who has the authority to define good and evil, and the authority and ability to hold people accountable to those definitions? Certainly not Aristotle.I don't think you posses the ability to understand what constitutes proof. If you did, you would not have to ask the question.

Why are you so intolerant of those who become straight? You have made a statement which qualifies as hate speech and yet you think you take the high road. Your post shows intolerant Bibliophobic anti-civil rights politics.

Your hate-speech intolerance is what is toxic.

I cannot imagine anything worse than learning that your child is homosexual. I would MUCH prefer they had never been born than that they should turn out to be that. I understand why parents are ashamed. Anyone with any morality or decency would be. And what makes it worse is that there is no hope. Christian parents want their children to be in Heaven with them, and homosexuality makes that impossible. What an enormous tragedy for any family.

no, considering how clueless you are when it comes to understanding God's truths and teachings found in His Word, the Bible such as you believing He would encourage abortion, I simply stated how it would be in your best interest so you would stop making yourself look so ignorant in these matters to refer to some solid Bible commentaries before you respond. By the way that is what most true Christians do before we respond, oh but that's right you just pretended to be a true Christian before and perhaps you could care less what God's Word, the Bible really means. And you have yet to prove maggie was not big on abortion when it came to poor minority members in our nation. Plus, please stay on topic, we are talking about the fact that many women are lied to by pro-abortionists like yourself and pp into believing abortion is their best option and in fact abortion mills may not even mention the adoption option. But if these women were made aware that their child could be put up for adoption, they may very well change their mind and not go through with the abortion and choose adoption instead. Now do you get it??

Ray Comfort, author of God Doesn't Believe in Atheists, alongside fellow Christian and actor Kirk Cameron (Growing Pains) will butt heads with two ardent nonbelievers using only scientific fact in a debate sponsored by ABC. Comfort says that the evidence will “absolutely” confirm that there is a God.

"Most people equate atheism with intellectualism," explained Comfort in a statement, "but it's actually an intellectual embarrassment. I am amazed at how many people think that God's existence is a matter of faith. It's not, and I will prove it at the debate – once and for all. This is not a joke. I will present undeniable scientific proof that God exists.”

[In the debate, Comfort extensively quoted the bible as proof, and Cameron used the Crocoduck argumen]

So, when I speak to an atheist, I ask this question: “Can you be brutally honest with me?” When he says that he can, I ask, “this has little to do with the existence of God and everything to do with you having sex with your gorgeous girlfriend. Am I right?” And, in almost every case, the reaction is an admission that his problem isn’t God’s existence but His moral demands. That’s the point of offense.

Ray Comfort #fundie christianpost.com

I have found from experience that in most cases of strayed faith, there is just one issue. Take, for instance, the popular stance of atheism. There is no more foolish belief than to think that nothing created everything. But an atheist doesn’t just believe that there was nothing in the beginning. He believes that “nothing” gave us flowers, birds, trees, seasons, fruits, male and female in almost every species, the marvel of the human eye, and the miracle of childbirth. Either there was a Creator, or nothing created everything.

More proof that wokeness is a religion

A member of the Fairfax County School Board in Virginia was sworn in earlier this week on a stack of pornographic books that have stoked outrage among parents who object to such material being used in public schools.

Karl Frisch, a Democrat who serves as vice chair on the Fairfax County School Board and has pronouns in his X bio, opted to be sworn in Wednesday for his second term on books that reportedly included The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, Lawn Boy, All Boys Aren't Blue, Gender Queer: A Memoir, and Flamer.

Frisch did not immediately respond to The Christian Post's request for comment.

Four of the books Frisch featured during the ceremony are among the top five most banned books, according to the American Library Association, and have been at the center of a political firestorm that has engulfed the largest school district in the U.S. for years.

Benjamin Netanyahu #fundie christianpost.com

Critics are accusing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of using "genocidal" language in a dramatic speech on Israel's war with Hamas in which he invoked the name of an ancient enemy of the Israelites from the Bible[…]
After quoting Ecclesiastes in his opposition to calls for a ceasefire, saying, "The Bible says that there is a time for peace and a time for war … this is a time for war," Netanyahu invoked the biblical name of Amalek in his address to the nation[…]
"You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible," Netanyahu said, echoing the words of Deuteronomy 25:17[…]
In 1 Samuel 15:3, God tells the prophet Samuel to instruct King Saul to "go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys"

Last week, Netanyahu raised some eyebrows when he claimed the mission to defeat Hamas would go towards helping "realize the prophecy of Isaiah"

Using the logic that a person is accepted by God because they are in a "loving homosexual relationship" is rediculous. The Bible does not speak against a "loviing homosexual relationship" because that kind of relationship does not exist. Love is of God and those who love are of God. A homosexual may be a nice person, a great guy and be religious, but if he continues to defy God's mandate of living a life of purity and does not attempt to line his life up with the demands of God's word, then one is led to the conclusion that the homosexual man is lost and does not know God. (This can be said of a bank robber, a child molester, a drunk and any other person who is not presenting their bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God.)

[A proposal to solve the problem of anti-gay bullying in schools.]

Maybe the parents of homosexual kids that are being bullied need to pull their kids out of school and home school them. The kids would get a better education plus they won't be bullied any more. If the parents are not able to do that then maybe they need to form a school for homosexuals. Perhaps the parents of homosexuals can ban together and home school the kids together. But if a parent's kid is a homosexual and is being bullied then some of the blame falls on the parents for the actions and sometimes destructive action the homo kids takes because of it. Just bringing it to the attention of the school administrators isn't enough.

Kids are cruel and they will bully anyone they think are either odd, weak or inferior. This has been going on since the beginning of time and it won't change.

Homosexuals are viewed as weak and inferior. They are going to be picked on. No amount of education is going to change that. Bullying comes from the heart. One needs to change the heart of a person before that person will change. Only Jesus can do that. Some can change w/o Jesus, though, but but most will not.

[From the article How to Share Your Faith Using High School Musical 3: Senior Year]

One of the best ways to keep focused on God is to run to Him in prayer whenever you feel stressors pressing in on you. Another thing that can help in tough times is to memorize some key Bible verses that speak directly to the whole area of feeling stressed out. Check out this link to find some verses to help you whenever you feel anxiety overwhelming you. Pick out one or two key verses that really speak to you about God’s promises and memorized them.

Then when anxiety comes crashing in, mentally and emotionally lift your anxiety up to God and give it to Him. Ask for His help and His comfort. As Jesus followers, learning to lean on God and cling to Him is a road that takes a lifetime, but He is always there to hear our prayers and surround us with His presence.

But what about your friends who don’t know Jesus? How can you help them face a stressful, uncertain future? By introducing them to your friend and comforter—Jesus. So as you talk about HSM 3 with your friends, amp up the conversation and turn the talk to spiritual things. Here are few ideas to get you started:

• Talk with your friends about what kinds of things each of you fears about the future. What punches your buttons and sends you spinning? Big decisions? Relationship drama? Money woes? • Do you feel like you live in an uncertain world? What is your source of stability? Family? Friends? Faith? Finances? • Ask your friends how they deal with anxiety when they’re stressed about the future? Listen, then share honestly how God is a source of strength and peace for you when you’re stressed. • Have you experienced the drama of a long-term relationship break-up? Whether it’s something like your parents’ divorce or a romantic smash-up, it hurts when people we care about are no longer in our day-to-day lives. Share God’s promise to “never leave us or forsake us” is real in your life.

Try using HSM 3 as a vehicle to talk to your friends about the best long-term relationship of all. When you know the One who holds the future, the future’s not as overwhelming!

In the whole run-up surrounding the push for same-sex marriage and LGBT “rights,” some predicted that the normalization of homosexuality would open the door to other deviant practices. Usually at the top of the list of things being warned against was pedophilia, but we were told over and over that this was offensive, and just an invalid “slippery slope” argument.

It’s been just four years since so-called same-sex marriage was instituted by the Supreme Court, and it’s now clear that the slope was a lot slipperier than advertised.

Consider, for example, the growing, nationwide trend of “drag queen story hours” at public libraries. Confused men, dressed in flamboyant makeup and women’s clothing, read often propagandist story books to young children.

Whether it is a Syrian Muslim gunning down “Trump supporters” in Colorado, the attack near the Capitol by a Nation of Islam supporter, the change in laws that protect police in New York, or the campaign against the state of Georgia, we must acknowledge the widespread assault on the conservative, Christian community. I use the phrase “White America,” though ironically we are comprised of all ethnicities and races but united in our stand for biblical and democratic values that are the foundation of our country. The radical left characterizes us as “angry white people” so they can garner support for the vilification of our principles as part of a broader scheme to undermine our way of life. It is critical that we do not look at each of these issues as separate unrelated events when each of them is a critical aspect of how insidious movements weaken traditional social structures.
[...]
However, the assault on “White America” that unites Islamists and the radical Left is particularly dangerous, not only because it has followers capable of terrorizing the population, they also have tacit support from the Biden administration, local and state lawmakers, and a large portion of mainstream society. Together these two movements have the power to murder opponents and sabotage traditional legal and political structures.
[...]
The orchestrated boycott and vilification of Georgia is another alarming example of how these movements operate. We are seeing mainstream social structures such as corporations like Coca-Cola, Major League Baseball, as well as President Joe Biden himself supporting the effort to isolate and punish Georgia for creating voting restrictions. The law protects the integrity of the voting system but it’s being purposely mischaracterized as racial discrimination to inflame the emotions of the public and cause financial harm, which they hope will force the legislature to retract it. The radical left is using social and financial coercion to compromise the sanctity of how we vote in this country.

Anne Graham Lotz #fundie christianpost.com

Evangelist and author Anne Graham Lotz has listed a number of key preparations Christians should make before the rapture.

Lotz, who is the founder of AnGeL Ministries and the chairwoman of the National Day of Prayer, wrote in an article Monday on the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association website that preparing for any kind of trip takes "time, thought and energy."

"The Bible teaches that all followers of Jesus are to plan and prepare for a 'trip.' The trip is not only undertaken when we move to Heaven following death, but it is also a very unique one that will take place at the end of human history as we have known it," she wrote.

"We are told that believers in the last generation will not experience physical death, but will be caught up in what is called the 'rapture'... the 'snatching away'... to meet Jesus in the air and be reunited with loved ones who have died in Christ and have gone before us. It will be the trip of a lifetime — a trip that is out of this world," Lotz added.

She indicated that getting informed and being prepared to "leave suddenly, at a moment's notice" for the coming trip, referring to the rapture, would be the first step.

Next, she said that a checklist needs to be planned out.

Lotz shared several Bible verses for readers to help them make such a checklist, and said that Christians needs to be abounding in love, established in faith, confident in hope, unblamable in holiness, and steadfast in service.

"What is your service for Jesus? How can you serve Him even more as the time for departure draws near?" she asked believers to reflect upon.

Finally, she said faithful believers need to listen for the "Clarion Call."

"How will we know when it's time to leave? Read 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17. When the call to leave comes, will you be ready? What items on your checklist will you wish you had 'packed?'" she asked.

Lotz did not speculate when precisely the rapture may arrive, but said Christians need to get ready.

"We haven't left yet, so there is still time to increase and excel in each item on the checklist. Ask God to help you prepare so that you are rapture ready," she wrote.

In the past, Lotz has warned that the United States is entering the "last stage" of the "downward spiral" toward God's judgment.

"God is backing away from America. He has said again and again and again, 'If you forsake me, I will forsake you. If you abandon me, I will abandon you.' So, we see God abandoning America as we shake our fist in his face and insist on our immorality and all the things we are doing," she said in 2016, referring in part to the legalization of gay marriage.

"We have lost the ability to think straight, no pun intended. God backs away and removes His hand of blessing and His hand of favor and His hand of protection," Lotz added.

Most recently, she told The Biblical Recorder that the U.S. continues "unraveling" and "disintegrating" into anger and anarchy, due to its "rejection of God."

"God has promised to hear us, forgive us and heal us on the condition that we pray. Therefore prayer is essential. It is not an option, it is a necessity," she said.

Many Bible scholars believe this very type situation will repeat itself in the last days – the day before Christ's return. A strong man will rise up, commonly believed to be the anti-Christ. He will unite the world in a cultural, political, and religious federation. As in Babel, the end will reflect a world determined to be rid of God.

Nevertheless, no matter what an individual's eschatological persuasion, the fact is, nations have seen this state of affairs occur throughout history over and again. And, it never ends well.

We're seeing it in America. A popular leader rises who is given almost god-like, messianic qualities by the media and others – one who single-handedly seeks to concentrate power – one the Christian Left and proponents of the erroneous doctrine of social justice treat as an anointed one. Our culture has largely abandoned trust in God for the opiate of government provision and hope, while endorsing via legalization abominable acts that God condemns.

Fair warning, America! Look to Babel. This can't end well.

Examining the psychology of atheism, Spiegel cites Paul C. Vitz who revealed a link between atheism and fatherlessness...

"It appears that the psychological fallout from a defective father must be combined with rebellion – a persistent immoral response of some sort, such as resentment, hatred, vanity, unforgiveness, or abject pride. And when that rebellion is deep or protracted enough, atheism results," Spiegel explains.

Rev. Mark Creech #fundie christianpost.com

Ah, equality and love, who could possibly be against these? Certainly only haters, bigots and religious extremists would oppose or stifle their advancement in the cause for gay marriage. Yet, it's highly doubtful that even homosexual activists really believe what they so vigorously applauded in the President's speech – the belief that "if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well."
...
No one who is thoughtful can possibly believe that something as unnatural as the act of a man placing that part of his body which was designed to project life into that part of another man's body meant to expel death could possibly be a healthy lifestyle under any circumstances.
...
Marriage has never simply been about satisfying the emotions of two people. Instead, it's conventionally been about the greater good of mankind. The value of same-sex relationships cannot accurately be said to have matching worth as that of one man and one woman committed to each other for life. And the reason the standard in America has long been in favor of traditional marriage is because no other relationship can demonstrate that it truly is in the best interest of advancing the public good.

The staff at Divine Mercy Care Pharmacy #fundie christianpost.com

[Excerpt from article about a new "pro-life" pharmacy.]

CHANTILLY, Va. – A new drug store at a Virginia strip mall is putting its faith in an unconventional business plan: No candy. No sodas. And no birth control. Divine Mercy Care Pharmacy is among at least seven pharmacies across the nation that are refusing as a matter of faith to sell contraceptives of any kind, even if a person has a prescription.

States across the country have been wrestling with the issue of pharmacists who refuse on religious grounds to dispense birth control or morning-after pills, and some have enacted laws requiring drug stores to fill the prescriptions.

In Virginia, though, pharmacists can turn away any prescription for any reason.

"I am grateful to be able to practice," pharmacy manager Robert Semler said, "where my conscience will never be violated and my faith does not have to be checked at the door each morning."

Semler ran a similar pharmacy before opening the new store, which is not far from Dulles International Airport. The store only sells items that are health-related, including vitamins, skin care products and over-the-counter medications.

On Tuesday, the pharmacy celebrated a blessing from Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde. While Divine Mercy Care is not affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church, it is guided by church teachings on sexuality, which forbid any form of artificial contraception, including morning-after pills, condoms and birth control pills, a common prescription used by millions of women in the U.S.

"This pharmacy is a vibrant example of our Holy Father's charge to all of us to wear our faith in the public square," said Loverde, who sprinkled holy water on the shelves stocked with painkillers and acne treatments. "It will allow families to shop in an environment where their faith is not compromised."

"A future where all mankind’s problems are solved (no tears, no pain, no struggle for existence, no conflict between each other), new, perfect bodies and minds, eternal life. Sounds great doesn’t it!? The only problem is that transhumanism is based on a lie; evolution. All transhumanist’s hopes and dreams are built on a foundation believing “molecules to man” evolution being a real thing.

The concept of evolution is being constantly implanted into the consciousness of mankind. Similar to the victims of the Borg in Star Trek where the truth of who the victim was rewritten over the individuals true identity, once someone has been implanted with the concept of evolution, they can quickly get assimilated into an anti-God philosophy and be hard to lead back to truth.

Mankind’s greatest hopes and dreams can indeed be achieved, but not by himself. People can be free one day of all tears, pain, mourning and even death. They will have a new incorruptible body and will live in paradise, but not because of what we will have done, but because of what our Savior Jesus Christ has done.

But this promise will not be given to everyone. It will only be extended to those that have repented of their sin and put their faith in Jesus Christ, the Creator, Sustainer and Redeemer of the Universe."

It’s the time of year when spoilsports come out in full force. But this year, the Christmas cranks have actually launched an ad campaign to convince us that God doesn’t exist.

Ken Ham #fundie christianpost.com

Answers in Genesis CEO and President Ken Ham is arguing that secular legal groups working against Christians are fighting against Jesus and his counter-cultural message.

Ham writes on his AiG blog that the Freedom from Religion Foundation is attempting to remove Christianity from the public sphere, such as a recent case where the FFRF pressured a school in Colorado to stop allowing Bibles to be distributed to students, or be forced to allow Satanic material to be handed out as well.

"The FFRF leaders claim to want 'the school to stop allowing the distribution of religious material altogether,1 but they are willing to allow Satanic material to be given out to accomplish this — anything, as long as it's not the Bible," Ham wrote, accusing secular groups of trying to push their "religion of secularism and atheism" on people.

"Now their anti-Christian rhetoric shouldn't surprise us. The message of Christianity and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is countercultural. Our culture does not like the message that there is only one way of salvation, that they are sinners deserving of punishment, and that they must repent and trust in Christ to be saved," he continued.

"This message has made people angry from the days of Jesus right up until now, and people will not stop fighting it until Jesus returns."
The creationist claimed that ultimately groups like the FFRF aren't "fighting against us, but against Jesus and His message."

He suggested that such groups are "made up of lost individuals who — like everyone — desperately need the forgiveness and hope that Jesus offers."

For its part, FFRF has argued that the reason why it often speaks out against public schools allowing Bibles to be handed out is because "we do not think schools should be a battleground for religious ideas."

"But when schools allow the Gideons to prey on children, their message of eternal damnation for any who don't believe in their god must be countered," FFRF Staff Attorney Andrew L. Seidel argued.

Ham has spoken out about a number of stories in which he says Christians are being targeted in Western society, including a case surrounding a prison chaplain in the U.K. who was forced to resign from his position after authorities warned him to stop preaching Bible passages that talked about homosexuality.

"This is an alarming example of how quickly Christians are losing religious freedom across the West. In this case, it wasn't even acceptable for this chaplain to use God's Word during a chapel service — a completely voluntary service where those attending would expect to hear from God's Word. It won't be long before we see this happening in other countries, including America," Ham wrote back in March.

"And really, the authorities are saying the Bible itself is not suitable for people! How long before it will be outlawed?" he asked.

No Mr. Dawkins. Mike Huckabee demonstrates his Christian faith-based morality is truly Just and rational.

The moral decision is indeed simple. A raped 10-year-old does indeed suffer, by cause of the rapist, if anyone deserves to be killed it is him, the child conceived in the rape is not responsible. You would compound the suffering of that young girl with unimaginable guilt by having her partake of the unjust, irrational killing of her own innocent child; demonstrating how truly loathsome your atheist-based "morality" can be.

Please, for once be consistent. In that atheist-based "morality" of yours there is "no purpose, no evil and no good"— you came from a blob of bacteria no different from e coli, a product of nothing but blind, pitiless indifference, and to that blob you will return. Everything in between is random and meaningless; including your sanctimonious moral outrage.

The theory of evolution is a lie, as such, it is inspired by "forces of evil"—it has not been proven, indeed, it is not provable and observable. Further, variation within a kind is not "micro-evolution" but rather, adaptation. Both terms, "macro-evolution" and "micro-evolution" are used by evolutionists to bamboozle people. The same is true of the term "natural selection"—it is extremely misleading. It personifies nature and gives the impression that nature has some sort of cognitive ability to select unfit creatures for death and or select fit creatures for life; it's nonsense.

GOD is in control, He alone is truly and lovingly and absolutely Sovereign over all.

“At this also my heart trembles,
And leaps from its place.
Hear attentively the thunder of His voice,
And the rumbling that comes from His mouth.
He sends it forth under the whole heaven,
His lightning to the ends of the earth.
After it a voice roars;
He thunders with His majestic voice,
And He does not restrain them when His voice is heard.
God thunders marvelously with His voice;
He does great things which we cannot comprehend.
For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’;
Likewise to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of His strength.
He seals the hand of every man,
That all men may know His work.
The beasts go into dens,
And remain in their lairs.
From the chamber of the south comes the whirlwind,
And cold from the scattering winds of the north.
By the breath of God ice is given,
And the broad waters are frozen.
Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds;
He scatters His bright clouds.
And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance,
That they may do whatever He commands them
On the face of the whole earth.
He causes it to come,
Whether for correction,
Or for His land,
Or for mercy. Job 37

“You are worthy, O Lord,
To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and were created.” Revelation 4
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

15 John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.’”

16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. John 1
1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”

3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”

10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”...

31 He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. 33 He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true. 34 For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure. 35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3
God so graciously governs all things, even your very heartbeat, even when you hate Him.
"Of a storm he little dreams..."— Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, And let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth; Walk in the ways of your heart, And in the sight of your eyes; But know that for all these God will bring you into judgment. Ecclesiastes 11:9— "The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 2 Timothy 4

"The purpose of this paper is to address a few of the many theological implications surrounding transhumanism, especially in regard to its consistency with a Christian worldview. Transhumanism is an international movement that seeks to break through human biological limitations to radically redesign humanity. The topic is so broad that it can be best addressed paradigmatically by examining its foundational technologies and philosophies. This presentation will first give a brief summary of the topic and then a broad overview of the technologies involved. As the technologies are discussed a few specific criticisms will be raised and Christian responses offered. Then it will turn to theological matters. First it will analyze the philosophical underpinnings of the movement and then interact specifically with the more visible proponents who attempt to reconcile it theologically with Christianity. The main points offered in defense of the thesis are that promoters of Christian transhumanism are driven by an unbiblical anthropology, a Pelegian view of sin, and a profound misunderstanding of the Christian life characteristic of theological liberalism. The first point of analysis will be anthropology which naturally leads to one’s position on the biblical creation account and original sin. The denial of scriptural authority on the issues of origins and sin results in an embrace of the naturalistic worldview and leads one open to ideas like Christian transhumanism. This will be revealed as initially hubris and potentially grave sin. Finally, some suggestions will be offered as a Christian response. This paper will demonstrate that while there are some who claim to be Christian transhumanists, transhumanism is an anthropocentric worldview based on naturalistic presuppositions that is incompatible with orthodox biblical Christianity."

The Doctrine of Man: A Critique of Christian Transhumanism By Cris D. Putnam
http://www.isca-apologetics.org/papers/isca-2011/doctrine-man-critique-christian-transhumanism

Just like the Technocrat Thorstein Veblen, they have designed their theories around the “positivist science” of Darwinian evolution. (Positivism is the philosophy that the only authentic knowledge is knowledge that is based on actual sense experience. Since Darwinian evolution has not been observed (so isn’t scientific in the sense of being repeatable) and that positivism itself is not derived from a sensory experience, these ideas are based on a completely false foundations to begin with. It is the same old deception from Satan saying “ — you will be like God — ” back in the Garden of Eden.

Have you been assimilated?

Ken Blackwell #fundie christianpost.com

[A]ccording to Ken Blackwell, who is the Senior Fellow for Family Empowerment at the conservative Christian lobbying group, Family Research Council, programs like food stamps prevented people from being truly empowered.

"I think through empowering others and creating self-sufficiency—there within lies the path to sense of worthiness," Blackwell told CP. "When I was growing up, there was fundamental belief, that there were times in people's life when they needed a hand up—there were temporariness to hose programs, where they were structured so that they didn't breed so that they didn't breed dependency."

Blackwell also suggested that there was "nothing more Christian" than "not locking people into a permanent dependency on government handouts, but making sure they are participants in their own upliftment and empowerment so that they in fact through the dignity of work and can break from the plantation of big government."

Anne Graham Lotz #fundie christianpost.com

Billy Graham's daughter, Anne Graham Lotz, has claimed that the reason God allows terrorists to attack the United States and tornadoes to destroy cities is because Americans don't pay God any attention until they are truly desperate and are seeking His mercy.

The 67-year-old Lotz, who has previously claimed that the rapture will happen during her lifetime and God's judgement will soon come upon America, recently spoke with Jan Markell on the "Understanding End Times" radio program where she compared Americans' apathy toward the Gospel to the times of Noah, when God unleashed his judgement by flooding the Earth.

"In the days of Noah, they were eating, drinking, getting married. There is nothing wrong with any of that. All of those are normal everyday activities. But in Noah's day they did it all apart from God," Lotz said. "There was no acknowledgment of God. God was irrelevant to them. — I think that is where we are today."

Lotz argued that Americans today are too focused on insignificant things such as Hollywood, sports and ridiculous controversies, rather than giving God the attention He deserves.

"I look at some of the things that we get preoccupied with, whether it's an entertainer or whose baby they are having, or on the red carpet, or footballs being deflated by a quarterback. We zero in on those things and talk about them and we have no idea that we are on the edge of the whole world collapsing around us," Lotz explained. "That is the strongest similarity of the days of Noah and our day.

"Today, we are consumed by superficial things. Some of the areas of the world they are not. If you go to Syria or Iraq, those Christians over there, I will guarantee you, are very focused," Lotz continued. "In America, we are just neglecting God and ignoring Him. I just saw a piece about the rise of atheism, people walking away from the church. In fact, the Christian church is declining, according to Pew Research."

Lotz added that God sends wake-up calls to let people know that His judgement is coming and that they need to turn to Him, repent and pray that He will send His blessings instead of harsh judgement.

"That is why God sends us wake-up calls. That's why he allows the terrorists to strike or a tornado to rip through our city, because for whatever reason, we don't seem to give Him our attention until we are desperate," Lotz contended. "If we don't give Him our attention, then He is going to allow things to happen to make us more and more desperate until we do cry out."

Although God sends wake-up calls, Lotz said that there eventually comes a "point of no return" where God will no longer listen to pleas for His mercy and will simply unleash His judgement if people still aren't repenting even with the warning signs.

"Romans 1 gives that progression of judgement; its methodical and slow in a sense. At any point you could turn back to God. But I do believe there comes a tipping point. There comes a point of no return," she said. "My concern is that I just don't want it to get passed that tipping point. I don't want to get to the point when we cry out it's as though His ears are deaf and His patience has run out. I think we are getting very close to that."

She further warned that there are three reasons why America could pass the tipping point.

One is if the U.S. Supreme Court rules in favor of making gay marriage a constitutional right in a decision expected to be made this month. The second is America's "abandoning of Israel." Third, is the rise of abortion.

"Those three reasons alone would demand that God judge America. We can point our fingers at them," Lotz argued. "Judgement starts at the house of God and we need to get our house in order. We need ourselves to get right with God and repent of our sins."

The two most important things that God's people should be doing to prevent His judgement from reaching America is praying and sharing the Gospel, because those people who are led to Christ during these times will be "double saved," Lotz proclaimed.

"We share the Gospel because people that we lead to Christ right now, it's almost like we save them twice," she said. "We save them from an earthly hell that is coming during the tribulation period, which I think we are very close to, and we save them from eternal hell, which is when you step into eternity. The second death is the worst of all when you are separated from God

Stephen Baldwin #fundie christianpost.com

[From an article about Stephen Baldwin's speech at the Values Voter Summit.]

He denounced the entertainment industry for projecting evil messages that are “terrorizing our culture.”

As an example, he pointed to the sexually provocative TV show “Gossip Girl,” which reviews have described as “mind-blowingly inappropriate,” “very bad for you,” and “every parent’s nightmare.”

However, it was one of the show’s marketing posters that pushed him over the edge. The photo had a young male and female character having sex with the bold letters “OMFG” underneath.

“I’m from Hollywood,” Baldwin said. “I’ve been blessed in my career, but I’m telling you, who I am today when Hollywood uses the ‘F’ word in front of my God I’m not going to put up with that anymore,” he declared angrily.

He invited those at the Summit to join him in the fight against the “dark entertainment world.”

“I need some help, people,” Baldwin said.

He ended by declaring with a fighting spirit, “I look forward to the future to continuing to kick some butts for the Kingdom of the Lord.”

Josh McDowell #fundie christianpost.com

In the same manner, McDowell emphasized that young people are increasingly becoming addicted to pornography, adding that it is the greatest threat to the body of Christ in 2,000 years.

"This is destroying pastors, youth pastors and more Christians than anything by far in history," said McDowell. "The number one demographic is 12- to 25-year-olds, there's no difference in and out of the church."

He added that 50 percent of fundamental, evangelical pastors watch porn while 80 percent of youth pastors have a problem with porn as well. McDowell pointed out that porn provides only a momentary satisfaction and porn addicts often seek other opportunities to satisfy their sexual desires.

"The average person starts with heterosexual sex then after a while, that no longer satisfies, then there's anal, from anal there's oral, from oral to homo, from homo to bestiality then to children," said McDowell.

He continued, "The sad thing is, after child pornography doesn't satisfy, where do you go? Pornography is why sex-trafficking, sex abuse and rape are major issues, they (addicts) end up living it out, it becomes a reality."

I wouldn't miss living in this time for anything. A front row seat to the destruction of morality, the change of marriage as a man and a woman and all things are open season against Christians now. Drown them, crucify them, burn them alive, behead them.....There is a day coming when Christianity will be a hate crime in America and around the world it pretty much already is. But, this will back fire on the homosexuals and atheists when there is no protection for them against the radical islamists. Works for me. I'll be glad to suffer or die for Christ.

Unbelieving women would do anything, but Christian women must help the brothers and mankind in general by being modest. By showing skin, women made men chase after children. What do men do in a world full of prostitute-looking women? Women's showing excessive skin has been godless and tragic for everyone especially for children.

Oh Mr. Obama...first an America hating, racist pastor, then a woman preacher, and now a gay bishop. Why don't you just own up to the fact that you aren't a Christian and you love to demean, ridicule and blaspheme God's word. I don't know how much more we need to see just how un-Christian BO is.

I still say he is a muslim and possibly the anti-christ!!!

Slavery was the law of the land, it changed. Segregation was the law of the land, it changed. Prohibition was the law of the land, it changed. Didn't they teach you any US history in school? It seems not.

Humans have a complementary sexual biology. There is no such thing as a gay sexual biology. Gay men and women have a complementary sexual biology that they categorically reject. That rejection is as disordered as the bulimic's rejection of the nature of the digestive system. Would you advocate that bulimic's be sheltered from knowing about their disorder. You would consider such sheltering, loving? I think not.

I wonder about the so-called intelligence of Richard Dawkins who lashes out at anyone that doesn't meet his standards. Maybe he is not quite as smart as he thinks he is! There will come a day when God will put him to shame while exalting the person whom he, and society, reject. God chooses the weak, and cast into Hell those who think they are so strong and bright.

Joe Bulter #fundie christianpost.com

The Bible is so clear to me that homosexuality is a sin, I don't see how anyone can argue in favor of same-sex relationships or marriages. The "gay" agenda in this world, especially America, is based on lies, distortions, changing the meaning of words, misusing words, false comparisons with other Biblical prohibitions (such as eating shellfish, which was made lawful in the New Testament), and any underhanded, devious methods possible. Same sex marriage is a Satanic counterfeit of God's plan. In fact, the father of lies has used counterfeit institutions, religion, inventions of men, philosophies, distraction, and many other methods to try to defeat Jesus Christ. That war has been won by Christ. Satan knows this, but will not give up until he has done all the damage he possibly can to try to thwart God's purposes for His creation. Keller is just a tool used by Satan for his purposes.

I have found many of the problems children have to be rooted in a poor or absent parental relationship, same sex attraction or a lack of interest in heterosexual relationships being just some of the possible negative outcomes. Indeed, if unhealthy developmental outcome regarding any number of mental health and substance abuse issues is rooted in unhealthy parental relationships, then why would we expect the development of same sex attraction to be any different in origin. Once we understand the importance of parental relationships in human development, we would look to these experiences when seeking the roots of all developmental outcomes, including sexual orientation.

If two opposite sex parents are necessary to the raising of healthy children, how ironic, then, is the position held by proponents of same sex marriage that they can do the same when in fact they themselves are living out the negative consequences of not having had healthy relationships with two biological parents. They now wish to impose the very same deficits on the next generation of children, and then to declare this arrangement "healthy."

Does that make any sense?

Billy Graham Rapid Response Team #fundie christianpost.com

The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team revealed that 11 people have turned their lives to Christ following another tornado tragedy in Oklahoma, which on Wednesday officials said has claimed the lives of 20 people.

"God sheltered them, then He saved them," said Michael Glassey, an RRT crisis-trained chaplain from Riverside, Calif.

The RRT, which sent out relief groups, including chaplains, to the disaster-hit areas to offer physical and spiritual support to those affected by the storms, says that one positive thing from the tragedy is that at least 11 people have said that they will turn their lives to Christ.

"I asked each one separately if they wanted to receive Christ as their personal Savior so that if this ever happened again they would have the assurance of going to Heaven, and that they could also experience a new beginning that very moment," Glassey said of a group of survivors who had found refuge in the midst of the storm at Emmaus Baptist Church, the local base of operation for the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplains and Samaritan's Purse.

"They all said, 'yes,' and each received Christ into their hearts," he revealed.

The Church has been seduced by the NEA and is having a spiritual affair with public education. It has followed her into degradation, it refuses to stop embracing her, or to even talk about it and continues to offer up her children on the altar of "the American Dream." "Christian" teachers have become "Kevorkian christian's" who merely watch or assist in the suicide of children's conscience's. "Kevorkian Preachers" need to promote the Christian Dream again (which used to be the American 'protestant work ethic' Dream) and defend a child's right to be normal and to possess and keep a moral Christian conscience, as defined by the bible. Christian's need to be "all in" for truth if they expect to defeat this president who is "all in" for perversions and institutionalized, intellectual/spiritual child molestation.

There is no such thing as evolution. Saying that we originate from apes, is totally ridiculous. The key to all these events is the flood during the time of Noah(do more research if u think this story is no more than a myth). You cant assume that people are more technologically advanced with time, if you cant prove the level of technology before the flood.

i'd hate to sound stupid

but gender neutrality? that is an absolute lie. The only reason why gay people have lust towards one another is because the other has something they dont, one will be the man, the other will be the woman, NO EXCEPTIONS.

this makes me laugh so hard sometimes. Hallmark is going to burn for this!
