If you're still alive, you're not genetic garbage. Genetic garbage is flushed out in miscarriages, or die shortly after birth.
Well, for those incels who have genuine personality disorders, that's a birth defect. Those usually aren't purely genetic, though genetics can strongly affect the odds. People with genuine personality disorders aren't necessarily screwed, but it does make things a lot harder in some respects. That being said, when you're the primary source of your own misery it's not up to other people to fix things.
For those whose problem is purely a fucked-up internal model of reality which got worse when they discovered the idea of inceldom, that's entirely or almost entirely on them. (I added "almost entirely" due to the possibility that a few of them might have had nothing but horrifyingly bad role models in childhood. That still doesn't excuse much later on.)
