How long will it be for a sexual assault by a homosexual will not be illegal and the one who resists is hit with a hate crime charge. Not just in the military, but in the civilian world as well.

"Consent, look up the definition."
*tsk, tsk*
If they did that, they'd no longer be able to play the "homosexuality = pedophilia" card.
Extrapolating from current trends in the social, political, and economic areas of the country, taking into account that our military is currently stretched to the breaking point, and including the average socio -psychological profiles of all citizens, I would , with a great deal of certainty, say that it'll never happen.
Yeah, never. Not just in the military but in the civilian world as well.
"How long will it be for a sexual assault by a homosexual will not be illegal and the one who resists is hit with a hate crime charge. Not just in the military, but in the civilian world as well."
*Ouch!* Fucking slippery slope! Watch out you guys...
...Wait...why would homosexuals NOT be charged with sexual assault, and why would people be convicted on hate crimes if they don't want it? You aren't making sense, man!
(Then again, this is RR, so I shouldn't be surprised, but all things considered, this is still pretty insane...)
You know, maybe he's asking on behalf of all those molesting pastors? Or, dare I say, his own interests?
Let's see. Straight people have had the right to date, sleep together and marry since the dawn of time, and they've yet to decriminalize heterosexual rape... so I somehow doubt that being homosexual rape will ever be legalized.
I don't think you people understand the meaning of the word "consent".
An extremely long time, like, it'll never happen.
You might as well ask, "How long will it be before the rapture"? The answer is the same.
Hi, Dicks here. Cox is doing something with bananas in the kitchen. He says it's a surprise. So while he's doing that, we can all contemplate a passage from the bible.
Micah.1:3-6
1:3 For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.
1:4 And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
1:5 For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
1:6 Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
Amen to that, very apt, and something for us to think about while we nosh our cornflakes. Uh! Oh! Look out. Cox has got the whipped cream out. I better go, no telling what he's up to.
See you soon, Dicks.
"When my husband was a captain and a troop commander, a homosexual soldier tried to sexually assault a couple of other soldiers from the unit at a party. The guy had to be immediately removed from the unit because other soldiers were threatening to beat him up. This incident caused trouble for several months in the unit. Those who say these situations will not happen are simply wrong."
Citation!!
"One thing is certain - my husband and I will never encourage our son to join the military now"
In other words what you mean to say is that you have now found the perfect excuse not to send 'your' children off to war in 'defense' of their country. The perfect Fortunate Son.
He's right, after all straight sex is legal and so is sexual assault by straight people. Isn't it?
[sarcasm, for any stupid people reading]
BZZT!
I'm afraid the correct answer was, "soon consenting adults will be able to have sex with each other in whatever way they like, without having to worry about the repressive views of religious zealots being forced upon them."
Homosexual rape is still rape, idiot. Sexual assault of any kind is illegal in the US (assuming you're from here) and that isn't going to change anytime soon, even if some sick individual tries to challenge it.
Depends, are we talking about resisting (killing someone) who tried to sexually assault you (pick you up)? Then it already is illegal.
Bracketed words are English translations of bolded fundie words.
sexual assault is, and always will be sexual assault, and it will always be illegal, no matter who the perpetrator is.
“How long will it be for a sexual assault by a homosexual will not be illegal and the one who resists is hit with a hate crime charge. Not just in the military, but in the civilian world as well.”
I can see that happening.
Just not for the reasons you do.
What i imagine, someone like Trump or one of the idiots in his kakistocracy gets convicted of raping their wife.
The Deplorables go apeshit and enact legislation protecting the manly man’s right to whip it out whenever he wants, and once she’s said ‘I do,’ she can never say, ‘I do not.’
But the law is written by angry men with something to prove, and little to no experience with the law. So they use the ten dollar words and high-falutin’ talk that they think sounds like legalise, but no graducates of law school.
SO with that and the abolition of no-fault divorce, women are trapped in abusive relationships.
Until someone figures out that the law applies to both sides of a ‘partnership,’ the way it’s written. So A BUNCH of men start waking up tied to a bed, face down, while their ‘woman’ fires up the Black and Decker two-stroke strap-on. “So, you want it lubed or unlubed, sweetie?”
Then it’s revealed that the definition of ‘partner’ is either vague or missing.
And after joining in on a wedding gift for a coworker, a Deplorable wakes up tied to a bed, facedown, as mustache hairs tickle his ear. “Glad you’re awake, ‘partner.’ Wouldn’t want you to miss this.”
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
