While some hetero couples cannot conceive children, no homo couples can. Also, the complimentary aspects of both sexes are far and away more optimal for raising children than two of the same sex. Gay adoption has led to the objectification of women in the surrogate mills. It has also increased the risk for child molestation and homosexual molding. Homosexual marriage has disrespected God and God fearing Americans. It has also unconstitutionally stripped American citizens of their 1st amendment rights. Pushing for it is contributing to the downfall of society! Thank you Judge for standing up to the bullies and for the people. Your decision is just. Well done sir!

Because, of course, seeing women as baby factory in heterosexual marriages never led to their objectification.
So it's still okay for infertile men and women to marry, but it's still not okay for two people of the same sex to marry. And what about couples like my wife and I who just don't want to have kids? Are you unhappy because we're not interested in perpetuating the human race?
Plus, marriage equality is not about you or disrespecting you. It's about two people who don't give a fuck about you who want to share their lives (and a few government benefits) with each other. That's it.

The 1st Amendment gives you the right to say almost anything you want. It doesn't give you the right to say it without being called a jerk or a bigot - the rest of us have free speech, too.

That Judge has some sick skeletons in his closet that will come to light, they always seem to be up to no good on these crusades, always hiding worse aspects within themselves.

Before trying to fall back on the constitution please remember the establishment clause and that free speech does not cover incitement, slander, breaking the law, or altering the law to strip other people of their constitutional rights.

I think the 1st Amendment reference here is related to what has become a meme w/ the self proclaimed 'persecuted' Christianists - that state recognized SSM becoming the law of the land across the U.S. somehow infringes upon their religion's God-given right to tell everyone else how to live their lives.
If you have seen some of my earlier posts you know my feelings about the system. I believe that the worst place for a kid to be raised is a state home. I spent half my life jumping from foster home to foster home before ending up at an over crowded foster home. Now that is not the type of upbringing for a kid. In these homes because the staff were being paid it was a job for them, there was no real love.
That said a single parent home or a same sex home would be a far better place then one of those state ran group homes. Now yes a family with one mother and one father might be preferable and the best choice but there are too many children without real homes to limit it just to the best.
It does not increase the risk for child molestation and as for "homosexual molding" well they will think homosexuality is normal and wont have a problem with it if that's what you mean.
Unless the government is actually forcing churches against their will to marry same sex couples they are not stripping anyone of first amendment rights. Marriages have not been exclusively religious for decades. There have been court and other secular marriages for a long time. This is not about forcing a religious change to marriage but a legal change. You misses the ball by decades if you think only churches should marry people and that's a separate battle all together. One already lost.
