Socialism Will Never Work

Why? Simple. America has experimented with pseudo-socialism for awhile (Section 8, job quotas, FEMA, welfare, EBT cards, etc.) All that does is take what capable, model citizens have earned, and redistribute it to the inferior members of society (blacks, Southeast Asians, white trash, Latinos, etc.) Do the extremely wealthy corporate overlords have to pay taxes? Yes, but definetly not in proportion to their net worth. Some of these multi-billionaires hold much of their net worth in the form of shares of a company's stock, and also invest much money in overseas neutralized banks. Furthermore, they earn a dollar-per-year salary, which basically means they have so much money that they can afford to live on one dollar incomes, and the government cannot tax them for it.

So socialism does not make the poor richer, it makes the middle-class poorer. In capitalism, the middle-class and poor have the ability to control the market by choosing who they will pilurchase from and by forming work unions to negotiate salaries and such. Socialism will destroy society, and while paranoia such as McCarthyism is unjustified, we must keep giving the control of the market to the people.
