prostitute is the second oldest profession, the moment men acquire an excess of resources some women will get the idea of parting them from said resources in exchange for sex. seriously. Cultures thousands of years before christ had such prevalent prostitution that it supported standardized pricing.

yes, but the important part is that these are debts women are responsible for. There was a weird period in which women could go into debt and their husband was responsible for paying the interest and shit, because sometimes gradual change results in weird. why is this the most important one in the list though?

Women are now able to make their own decisions and take responsibility for themselves. and men, don't have to make decisions for women or take responsibility for them...it's debatable whether men actually got the better deal out of this.
