This guy is notorious for his bombastic, histrionic writing style. In case anyone's confused; basically, he's saying that women are becoming uglier and uglier, and that Nice Guys (TM) who aren't very sexually attractive but do possess jobs can no longer land a woman by virtue of said jobs, because women can now support themselves through jobs of their own. as best i can tell, this seems to be saying that self-sufficient career women won't put up with sleeping with second-rate loser males, and saying it as if this were a BAD thing. i do believe someone protests too much.
Since there aren't enough alpha males to go around, in theory you could find that special someone to share your life with......except you're an angry, hate filled, bitter, woman loathing prick. My guess is women you encounter tend to pick up on that vibe.

According to MRAs/PUAs, the number of alpha males to go around is irrelevant; women, when allowed sexual freedom, just gravitate to the few that exist en masse, and thus, no, beta males can't find anyone. Have you ever considered, in your word salad, that you're teaching men not to have a realistic vision of themselves, thence the problems they have to find somebody?.
