There is a solution.
Throw the "technically legal" brat in an orphanage, and kick the "Illegal" mommy and daddy out of the country. When these border jumping cockroaches start losing 1 or 2 of their 15 children, they'll think twice about squatting down to squeeze out a puppy here.

Actually, that already happens. Illegal-immigrant parents are often deported, while their citizen kids end up in foster care; and the parents are then legally barred from even applying for immigration for 10 years.
What does it say about U.S. immigration law that it's already harsher than the vindictive fantasies of a xenophobe?
Child-napping and the imprisonment of innocents? Hmmm? Yes. OK. I'll give you that. It does sound somewhat like a typical conservative solution. I expect those kidnapped children to take their punishment like a man. One thing's for sure, I doubt very much that they'll have the temerity to be born again.
Too bad Gonzo, echoing what Lucilus posted, it's already happening, but they accept the risk and still come anyway.
