I saw #Zootopia today. Brilliant, excellent movie... sans the blasphemy of God's holy name & the cloaked promotion of the lie of evolution.

"Dang that reality! Gets in there and spoils everything!"
If you want pure fantasy without any scientific content, go to church.
Nobody tell Georgie here about Steven Lisberger's "Animalympics": 1980 .
Time to crawl out from under that stone, get over your fundieness and just enjoy that new film.
Chuck Jones only knows what you'd think of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Pepe Le Pew et al in the Warner Bros. cartoons.
@Doubting Thomas
Kirk Cumonhim's "Left Behind" died on it's arse. The remake will be to Nic Cage what "Battlefield Earth" was to John Travolta career-wise, unless he gets his act together and gets a script for something far more credible . Just ask Tom Hanks or Clint Eastwood, Nicky-boy.
@Robespierre
This new film has certainly created drama for the haters ; oh, teh irony. All that "Zootopia" Rule 34...! >:D
--EDIT--
@Gabriel LaVedier
"Sweet cheese and crackers"!"
What would Georgie make of 'Grud' and 'Jovis' used in "Judge Dredd" in "2000 AD", I wonder...?!
Blasphe... what the cuss are you smoking? Judy clearly said "Sweet cheese and crackers"! You ignorant mothercusser!
If a conservative numpty like you can watch a movie about race and stereotyping and come away complaining about evolution and blasphemy, then you are too stupid to watch animated movies unsupervised.
Also, Judy x Nick forever. Because it's adorable.
blas·phe·my /'blasfeme/ noun
A word used to ostracize anyone with more than two working brain cells who dares to question what is to them, obvious bullshit. Used to maintain a stranglehold on unquestioning followers and prevent the spread of thinking. See also, Heretic
Anon-e-moose, Fru Fru says "Oh my God" and Nick says "by God". Considering Fru Fru is Snooki as a shrew? It could have been worse.
I've seen a few SJWs complain about the lesson "Being a minority doesn't mean you can't be prejudiced" but all and all the film is very highly embraced.
Clawhauser had better get a bigger part if there's a sequel.
The back story has a lot to do with evolution. Humans never evolved, so other mammals rose to take our place. And there's a museum display on evolution in the climax of the film. But he's still blowing it way, way out of proportions.
I'm a little surprised he didn't bitch about the male-male married couple who're Judy's neighbors. Or the heavily implied gay cheetah.
@Anon-e-moose :
Yes, I watched about 5 minutes of the original "Left Behind" movie before boredom forced me to shut it off. I like to watch bad movies but that was just not entertaining even for a bad movie.
But I was thinking more of "Saving Christmas" which got voted the worst movie ever on IMDB partially because of Kirk's insistence that Christians upvote it, and mainly because from all accounts that movie totally sucked ass.
Evolution doesn't even really make sense in Zootopia's setting. ALL mammals developing sapience at the same time? Highly unlikely.
If I would be living in such a world, I would suspect at least an "intelligent uplifter" who intervened at some point in history.
"Zootopia": the first Disney animated film to break the $1 billion a la "Avatar" & "Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens"; not even "The Lion King" or "Frozen" did that.
One can see why even the ultra-litigious Disney has done nothing about the Rule 34 of Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps et al out there. Rule 63 of Rule 34: Nicola Wilde & Jude Hopps too.
Ray Cumfart & Kirk Cumonhim can only dream about that kind of exposure.
Even those lawyers would say 'You can't buy that kind of advertising'.
Time to do gay porn, Cray-Ray & Kinky Kirk: you know you want to...! >:D
Confused?
