Something very close to that happened to me and I was furious. Now I am not a liberal, but I can imagine being a liberal and it would make me made even if I was a liberal.
That's how I've learned how they think, just put myself in their shoes. And their minds are dark, I'll tell you. And they know deep down that they don't want their daughters marrying coloreds

Submitter, you should have included the question as well. Both to give context and because it is possibly even more worthy of shame:
"Liberals talk big about "race equality", but would they say that if a black or a Mexican tried to race mix with their daughter?
Try to answer honestly, even though honesty might not be a liberal's strong suit."
My answer: No. I would not go posturing about how non-racist I am, because I am not insecure about my egalitarianism, nor would I want to alienate my prospective son-in-law by focussing on hus ethnicity. I would judge him like I would a white suitor, being very happy for the couple if I deem him worthy and compatible, trying to persuade her to rethink things, but ultimately respecting that she has to make her own decision, if the evaluation is negative, and I would anticipate becoming grandfather. I might even bring them up where appropriate. But "talk big about 'race equality'? No.
Also, when it comes to her mother, I am not in any way averse to "race mixing" myself.
Also, once again, there seem to be no interracial pairings in Racistland besides "savage" man/white woman (and possibly white man-wannabe/asian creepily fetishised mail-order bride and, more rarely than I would expect, white/Jew, even if the Jew is white).
Between "anti-racist is a codeword for anti-white!" and this kind of bullshit, it seems the far right are honestly incapable of imagining a human being who isn't some kind of authoritarian racist. Unsurprising - when racist paranoia is the dominant force behind every action you take, it must be horribly difficult to comprehend people whose motivations are deeper than a sheet of paper.
In response to Pharaoh Bastethotep, it's a trick question anyway.
Someone says "Yes" and the questioner screams "HAHAHA YOU'RE RACIST!"
Someone says "No" and the questioner screams "HEY, THIS STUPID FUCKER'S SO S.J.W. HE'LL ALLOW HIS DAUGHTER TO BE RAPED BY A PACK OF NIGGERS/CHOLOS!"
No doubt he's voting for Trump and posts images of Pepe the frog.

I noticed the loaded nature of the question as well, although I saw it more as a "Have you stopped beating your wife?" trick: No - "You're a hypocrite lol"; Yes - "You're just showing of how unracist you are lol". That's why I posted such a detailed response instead of the "Yes. Indeed, I would not be averse to "mixing race" myself." I initially wanted to write.
Of course, there is also the escape hatch in the last clause.
My favourite answer is by Maximus, unfortunately pretty deep down the line:
"And you have never looked at a black or hispanic girl...or boy, and never wanted to date them?.....yeah right!"
Indeed, that corresponds well to a couple of very insightful posts by Vox starting here (http://www.fstdt.net/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=117641&Page=1#1927635 ), which also sheds some light on "cuck" being the smearword du jour among the alt-right. The point being relevant here many racists are addicted to interracial porn and/or repress their attraction to women of "lower races".
Confused?
