“By the way, driving 92mph in a 55-zone is NOT a 'crime'. No one has been injured under the common law, thus no crime was committed.”
Crime: an act, omission, or negligent behavior that violates established laws and is punishable by the state through fines, imprisonment, or other sanctions.
Nothing about having to actually hurt someone.
So, it’s a crime.
“There are some people who worship government to such a degree, that this world system is a god to them.”
I’m sure someone, somewhere does. Obeying the traffic laws in order to keep my driver’s license is NOT an act of worship, though.
"If you 'sin', you must pay to "absolve" the sin.”
Uh, no. The speeding ticket doesn’t go away. You’re not absolved once you pay the fine. it’s strictly a punishment.
Like going to jail for a felony, you’re still a felon.
“Technically, you have not violated the law. CRIMINAL Law includes rape, robbery and murder.”
And breaking traffic laws.
And attempted murder. Attempted rape. Breaking and entering with the intention to rob.
“What a traffic ticket is, is a breach of contract. Sign your driver license 'WITHOUT PREJUDICE' and/or '1-207-UCC' (Uniform Commercial Code).”
Yeah, nothing works like that.
“I wish to travel as a Constitutional right to travel. I'm not in a state-regulated commercial enterprise.”
But you’re on a state-maintained highway.
“I'm not a party to this 'voluntary' contract.”
You applied for a license, you are.
If not, you’re driving without a license, a crime.
“ My signature was made against my will and under duress."”
Why don’t ANY of these people show up on the days I have jury duty?
I get guys that make a last minute plea. In fact, I’m pretty sure they let the defendants look into the waiting room. “See those people? See that winner with the tattoo on his face? The woman reading Fear Of Flying? THESE are the people who’ll decide your fate if you go into the courtroom.” And the poor bastard turns to his lawyer and shouts, “PLEASE! I want to PLEAD!”
