If you can not suffer the consequence don't do the crime. This could have been avoided by not committing robbery.

Don't you think that it's just a bit suspicious that the police can't even say which robbery she was picked up for? Don't you think that if they had an actual valid reason to arrest her they'd be willing to say what it was?

One, they have to prove that she did the robbery. And rape is also a crime, should we rob, torture or kill the policemen too, as a consequence?. Wait, since when is rape or another crime a "consequence" of a crime?

This post isn't really that unusual of an attitude for a typical American. We all know what happens in American Prisons and that prisoners are raped repeatedly for years for even minor offenses. We even make TV shows about it.
The general attitude of the public is that a prisoner shouldn't have done the crime and that rape while incarerated is somehow justified.
Even alot of posters on this board are affected with this sick sediment, evidenced by the often expressed desire that Kent Hovind be repeatedly raped for failing to pay his taxes. I'm sorry, but I don't find rape acceptable for this girl, but I extend that to people I find distasteful also.

So, the consequences for a crime, which we don't know if she commited, is another crime. Worse, you're not considering prisoners human beings, and you think that they deserve to be treated like shit. Thank you, for being concerned about a prisoner like Kent Hovind, who is a real criminal, but hasn't got to suffer the "consequences" and we have to cry because he might be raped. remember your post really well, just in case, you never know when you could be getting into your car late one night and someone comes up behind you with a gun and brutally rapes you. You're going to want to tell the cops exactly what crime you commited prior to the rape that way they don't pursue a case, since of course you are simply suffering the consequence of getting into your car at night.

I myself have mentioned that Tank should keep Kent busy, or others to that effect. However, I would never ever wish rape on anyone. I would most certainly hope I can say the same about others in here (One notable exception being Torture Her, but he was either a troll, or batshit loco.) Additionally, it's a tenuous comparison between Kent, who, at least on a karmic level, made a living selling poorly reasoned arguments to people looking to pick fights, and then flouting the laws of the land, and a girl who was incarcerate for a crime *MAYBE,* which was at worst, petty theft, and left to be the prison sex toy. I do see where you're coming from, man, I truly do, but this case was not the best place to bring it up, or at least the best one to use as a comparison.
First of all, it hasn't been proven that she stole anything. Secondly, even if she did, that does not mean she deserves to be gang raped, that is one of the worst things you can do to a human being, and it is not an acceptable form of punishment for anything, ever. You're a disgusting monster for even suggesting that it is, especially to a young girl.
Following your logic, can we take you to jail, with no charges whatsoever, and do the same until we find out and say "oops, sorry!". Committing a crime is not synonimous with "you´re not a person anymore"
The punishment should be somewhat correlating to the crime in question. She was SUSPECTED of an undefined robbery, not convicted of robbery. Even if she was 100 percent guilty, the consequence should NOT be a month of constant gang-rape.
Anders Behring Breivik bombed the Norwegian parliament, killing eight people, then went out to a summer-camp and, in cold blood, shot and killed 69 children and camp leaders. Even he is not treated this poorly.
