Transgender people have a mental disorder, it is called gender dysphoria and I do not have to accept them as the gender they want to be, you cannot change your genetic structure, it is what defines you as a man or woman regardless of how many pills you take or plastic you get.

Yes you do publicly, else be prepared for a lot of court battles you won`t win. Nobody cares what you accept or not when it conflicts with observable reality.
Oh btw. I know, it`s immoral but I`d force these dipshits into genetic sample testing as a sort of court ordered punishment, just to see their rising panic as some of them would soon discover themselves, not so 100% manly anymore. What is the gender of someone with an XXY genetic structure? What is the gender of a mixed sex chimera?
So even if it is a mental disorder, why not just treat them as the gender they wish to be treated as? It makes them feel a whole lot better, doesn't it? Or do you just want to punish and torture people for having a condition which they cannot actually control?

Once again someone who doesn't understand what a mental disorder is, how genetics work, that gender isn't equal to sex and who wallows in his own ignorance to make him- (or her-) self feel better because he thinks he knows that he belongs to the "normal" people. Disgusting and sad at the same time.
It's more complicated than just XX, XY. Epigenetics, intrauterine influences, the endocrine system, etc., etc.
@Alencon : Gender dysphoria is a medical condition, I think you're thinking of "gender identity disorder," which was the same thing as being trans, and got removed from the DSM.

You have any idea how rare those kind of situations are? Biologically, in most of the cases you are either male or female. I wouldnt go as far as to say transgenderism is a mental disease, though.
TBH, I couldn't give a flying fuck what you do or do not 'accept'.
What truly matters is how you treat people. Unless you believe that different genders should be treated differently then it shouldn't matter a hill of beans what you think. If you do believe that then fuck you very much.

Do you? It`s about 1/20 when talking genetics but not every one of these cases actually develop physical abnormalities.
So yes, most are one way or the other but this isn`t nearly as rare as you`d believe. If you need any citations, I`d be happy to oblige.
