I never got this 'lowering yourself to the level of animals' crap. I mean, animals have homosexual sex, so we use that as an example that it's natural. Animals also have heterosexual sex, and homophobes use that as an example for why gay sex is unnatural and wrong.

Just think. If you allow gay people to adopt, people may be less inclined to have abortions in favour of adoption, since they know their children aren't going to spend their entire childhood in an orphanage. Whether you believe it or not, gay people are an advantage to everyone. They add to the workforce, they can raise abandoned children in a good home and they have given us great music.

Gay people are at best a biologicial error. You are wrong. I think if one is gay that the reasons for his/her lifestyle would matter quite a bit. There is an awful lot of intolerant assholes out there and I don’t think one would be inclined to arbitrarily make themselves the object of ridicule or violence.

meh, it could be some sort of mutation in the genes.
that doesn't really matter though.
think of what mothers who had their children at age 16 tell their kids: "you were unplanned, but i love you so much and i couldn't imagine my life without you." maybe being gay us a mutation, or "error" but that doesn't mean it's bad to be gay. a lot of mental disorders are caused be genetic defects too, but we don't consider kids with Down's Syndrome to be sickos.
