I, for one, find it extremely arrogant that Mick calls his bland and uninspiring "comics" "Todays Laugh".
Mick, let me let you in on a little secret: laughter comes from humor. Humor is supposed to be funny. This, this is just soooo bland and bad it's honestly... nothing at all.
I'm not aware of any liberal who thinks conservatism is a crime. Mental illness, yes, which is dumb (political beliefs are not a sign of mental illness, no matter how alien or wrong they may seem to you), but not a crime.
Forcing people to live according to beliefs which they don't hold is in some cases a violation of human rights... and when this is done on an individual level to adults rather than through the pressure of widespread social norms, is also usually a crime as well. (Children's rights in this regard are mostly, though not completely, trumped by the right of parents to raise them to conform to the parents' values.)
Though for some conservatives, this is a distinction without a difference - forcing people to live according to their particular idea of the "one true way" *is* the essence of conservatism as they define and practice it.
Also, in case the picture ever disappears and someone is reading this through the archives, the "Old Guard" picture is of Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and Bernie Sanders, and they're covered in cobwebs. This is weird because while Pelosi and Schumer are definitely "Old Guard" liberals (and still sometimes trying to work with the Republicans and even occasionally Trump himself, for all the good that does them), Bernie is a symbol of the "New Guard" despite being about the same age as Pelosi (Schumer is a decade younger, despite how old he looks). Not that I would give any validity to the conservative ideas of "Old Guard" and "New Guard" liberals.
I don't recognize the woman in the "New Guard" picture, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be someone specific or a generic younger politician.
Nope. Still not worthy of inclusion in "Private Eye" magazine.
But if Dick Willy were to do a cartoon of Donald Fart with a silver foot in his mouth in the 'Me And My Spoon' section, then perhaps...!

@creativerealms: Maxine Waters is black, looks older, and has a very different hairstyle. Besides, we've seen Mick do Maxine before, and it didn't look like that.
