I'm far more interested in catching the actual bombers and any of their accomplices than simply enacting blind vengeance on the entirely unaffiliated based on evidence so weak as "the main suspects look kind of brownish to me" and leaving a wake of tragedy and death as pointless as the one you want to commit terrorism over.
