I have to admit the name that makes him sound like an edgelord teenager does give him away. Assuming that's the case, I welcome his efforts to further discredit and satirize "incels". I think that the OP's response to his satirizing once again drives home "incels" utter lack of self-awareness.
"Ashley" is an alternate name for "Stacey", Insult to Rocks.
In a bit of irony, I did used to work with a woman named Ashley who did somewhat embody the stereotype. While being an otherwise cool person, she was a bit of a shallow, gym rat jersey chaser. Luckily, being a relatively nice person made up for it.
