There doesn't need to be any reasons given. God says it is wrong, and that's it. I don't need any reasons.

Fundamentalism in a Nutshell.
Also, God saying it's wrong is, in fact, a reason for you to believe the way you do.
In that case, don't use a computer. God, I mean, the Bible, never mentions it.
Actually, I would be all for this, if there was any way to know for sure that every word in that Bible is, in fact, the absolute and inviolate word of God, and not just something some dickwad added in to promote their own agenda...
Until such proof is provided, I will continue to err on the side of reason, compassion, intelligence, logic, and self-control when it comes to all the crap the Bible claims is "wrong."
And I sure as hell hope such proof is never provided, because if it does turn out that every word in the Bible is the absolute true word of God, then God is a terminally confused asshole with major anger issues and an extremely poor grasp of the natural sciences.
As a side note.... EDIT FUNCTION IS BACK!! YAY!

Oh, great. Now Troy will just go back editing out all the stupid things he's said and claim never to have said them!
Not that I wouldn't have minded a 'preview' function, but I rather enjoyed the lack of edit. :-(
I have judged the god of Abraham and found him to be grossly deficient in morals and ethics, by my own personal standards.
If god "says" something is "wrong", feel free to call Bullshit. You don't have, or need, any reason to believe him.
Samuel_Rigby--"God says it is wrong, and that's it."
Cuts down on that whole need to engage your brain, huh? I understand. It's such a tough task sometimes.
"What a refreshing mind you have, young man. There really is nothing quite like total ignorance, is there?"
- Marquis de Carabas in Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere
Just thought it would be appropriate.

And, as soon as you prove that your omnipotent, omniscient, good and loving God exists, you'll be right.
Then you, my friend, are a hopeless sheep, and will follow a failed administration to your death without thought.
At the risk of a Godwin, you're exactly the kind of person who believed Hitler's speeches.
but God says something is right and sometimes, later, he'll say it's wrong.
what do you do then? think? HEAVEN FORBID!
Confused?
