Considering who has been running much of the world for a long time the Antichrist could be said to have already come in spirit if not in the flesh.

If you believe what Jesus said to the Jews in the 8th chapter of John many if not most of the Jews are Antichrist and are going to be judged and destroyed as specified in Rev 16 through 19.

They persecuted and killed the prophets, saints, the Christians, Jesus the Son of God and are responsible for the deaths of those slain upon the earth.

For the unrepentant the second and real holocaust awaits.
