It`s not, it is a very basic way your brain is wired and often a lot of other things.
Apparently it`s an orwellian madness to call me, a person with uterus and a vagina a female but calling this person male isn`t. Methinks some dumb bitch just orwelled herself.
If it's not a feeling, then it's based on biology, in which case post-op trans women are women.
