Those are the opposite of empowering
Okay, this makes a fair number of quotes I've seen recently where question marks end what are supposed to be statements. I've posited before that the religious and the highly conservative aim for a life without questions but taking into account the many examples I've seen of circular logic and baffling... not-logic... that was supposed to resemble problem solving now I'm starting to consider the possibility that they actually do not comprehend the freaking mechanics of a question.
Been there. Done that. Then I grew up. No, let me rephrase that: then I matured.
@Passerby
I've seen the question marks too. I think perhaps it is a sort of shorthand for "This is what I think. Do you agree?" Of course they only post it where everyone will agree with it, so maybe my interpretation is wrong.
Girl, what is with the question marks. It's makes you look like you're questioning your own stance.
If you think it's difficult being a conservative woman (to which you may or may not be questioning), try being a bi-sexual,left-leaning moderate, pagan woman. I place myself in being all of that, but I don't whine about it how difficult it is. Instead I pick myself up by my "big girl panties" and I live my life.
Confused?
