Nobody's preventing you, now or in the future, from "speaking out" against anything you'd like to. What's being prevented, as it should be, is calling for the death of a specific group of people because you don't happen to like them.

Surely the government doesn't give a fuck if you want little Johnny to be an easily duped rube. That's a governments wet dream: a population who doesn't know anything, doesn't want to know anything and will do anything the government asks them to from paying exorbitant taxes to marching off to war.
Why would any government stand in the way of that?
