@WhyinternetWhy: The bell-ringers aren't actually members of the Salvation army, they're usually dirt-poor people (and often homeless) whom have been roped into working for them. Most of them don't even know what the Salvation Army actually stands for, or how unethical they can be sometimes.
I would interpret that as meaning atheists supporting/following christianity indirectly despite not sharing in their beliefs - an attitude which I've encountered occasionally among fundies. Then again, I'm probably giving the creator too much credit.
@Zinnia
"I'm mostly confused by the choice to represent an atheist as... a gorilla."
It's cause, hahahaha, those atheists are so dumb, they think we came from monkeys ! Hahahaha...
Gosh, that's so clever! I've never heard it a thousand times before!
Wallets out for Harambe.
what, too soon?
BTW, for those who don't know, Hal Lindsey is an old old fundie who, like Jack Chick, spent years putting out bad books and comics claiming that the Rapture was imminent and that the world was going to be judged. One of the people known to be a strong believer of Lindsey's bullshit is Al Hartley, former artist for Archie. He actually drew a number of comics himself "showing" Hal's end-of-the-world bullshit, chronicled here: http://www.misterkitty.org/extras/stupidcovers/stupidcomics71.html
Unlike Eric Schwartz's "Sabrina Online", your 'comics' won't last as long as that 20-year epic of nerdiness, striped seduction & slice of life.
Yours is just a single steaming pile of gorilla shite, Hal.
You know, I've heard people say things so stupid my brain literally can't process the point they are trying to make.
The fact that someone was able to recreate that in visual form is nothing short of a miracle.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
