I suspect that white men who are "only" attracted to Asian women are borderline pedophilic anyway as Asians have the most neotenised (i.e. baby-like) features. The facial features of Maeda Atsuko (one of the most popular members of the J-pop girl group AKB48) is about as neotenised as the average 6-year-old white girl. Look at how how both have similarly large eyes, small nose and flat faces.

I genuinely believe that some white men prefer adult Asian women over white women but that's because their facial features remind them of white girls in primary school. They go for adult Asian women as underage white girls are illegal.
